This hot water heater was installed 3 yrs and 1 month ago and it started leaking. Contacted Parker and Sons and they came out the next day. The technician Saul was very respectful and professional in his service. He answered all our questions and called supervisor when he didn't know the answer. The big issue I have is that the water hear itself was covered but the labor was not. This labor cost was almost $800 and he was working on it for 4 hours. How can Parker and Sons feel good about charging $200 an hour for labor?? The water heater alone only cost $800 at Home Depot. Thank you Saul but I will never buy anything else from Parker and Sons and will contact Costco about this as I purchased this water heater through them. Absolutely a rip off for labor.

After previously having another company come out to try & identify the source of a leak, (which they could not find after cutting into the wall and ceiling!) When my parents had a tub faucet fail, their neighbor suggested calling American Discount Plumbing. Paul came the same day and installed a cartridge to fix their issue. When I saw how he treated my parents, his number went in my phone as the person to call. So when my hot water heater went out, Paul came to get us back on track affordably, even coming after 7 p.m. to finish the project. We are grateful.

I couldn't recommend this team any more for those that need a whole house Repipe. We have a house in Ahwatukee that was laden with Polybutylene (gray pipes) that are known to burst close the the T taps after awhile. We didn't want to have to ever deal with that, nor the inspection findings if we ever sell the house. We called Arizona Integrity Plumbing and man were they so much cheaper than all the other plumbers we called, by over 50%.

They had to shut the water off for a about a day when they were cutting over to the new PEX pipes, but we were mostly out of the house, so it wasn't a big deal at all. When the walls were opened up we had them install some new shower valves since ours were over 30 years old. It turned out so well, even though there were some mishaps along the way. It was so nice to have everything done by this company instead of subcontracting out drywall and painting work, they literally did it all. Such an awesome process to see. I included some pictures of the process, but rest assured that everything is patched up, textured and painted like it never happened.

The team that came to my house was over the top professional, friendly and knew their stuff. They tackled all the challenges along the way with grace and kindness. I couldn't have asked for a better Team than Alex, Romero, Bianca and Alby. Amanda was extremely helpful with every phone call as well. I had some questions how they are so cheap compared to the other plumbers and the owner Kelly told me about all the experience he had and how he cross-trains his team to make it he best value out there.

Hays is Simply the Best. Fall tune-up time. The home office called to update as to when the technician would arrive. A nice touch so you aren't just sitting around waiting. Brandon arrived exactly as expected. He went to work immediately and serviced both units. He is efficient, courteous, extremely competent. He explained the findings on both units and provided a copy of the readings and answered all our questions. He was spectacular. Don't bother looking any further than Hays. It is simply the best company to work with.

We set up an appointment to clear a clogged drain. Our technician arrived promptly, politely and professionally. They quickly evaluated the issue, and in the process identified and warned us of upcoming issues without trying to sell us services. After blasting the clog back to whatever hell it came from, they added a coupon on to our service, pet the dog, and skedaddled. Outstanding.
