Great experience with Hero Home Services from the first contact. They could have scheduled someone same day but I didn't need them till the next day. Joel came and did a fantastic job. He explained everything that had to be done before they charged anything and kept me in the loop the entire time. I highly recommend this company.

APES is the company to call if you are looking for someone who will treat you like you are an ape (I guess that’s what they are company stands for, apes). I was referred to them by my leasing company; the lady dispatcher was very rude yelled at me and was very condescending. I rather live with my plumbing issue or pay out of pocket before letting someone treat me like that

We had a root ball in our main sewer line that was causing blockages and slow draining. Three other plumbing companies came out to inspect and quote the repairs - each with varying prices and methods for completing the repair. When Daniel (from Penguin) came out, I immediately sensed that he knew what he was talking about and trusted his expertise. I shared what the other plumbers had told me and Daniel was able to tell me which of those services were actually necessary and which we were being over-sold on. He was able to provide a very competitive quote and said they could start the work as soon as we were ready to proceed. His colleague, Landon, came out on the morning that the work commenced and was very professional and courteous. The entire crew was beyond professional and polite. I really felt like the other providers were not being completely truthful and were trying to sell us services we didn't need. The Penguin team provided an impeccable service for a reasonable price and did so on time. We will definitely use them again and will HIGHLY recommend them to others.

I dont even know where to start. So much positive to say, but I'll (try to) keep it brief. The last thing I thought I would ever do would be writing a review for a plumber. Donley plumbing has saved us - TWICE. The first plumbing need we had for Donley was to finish a job that another plumber started and messed up on. We contacted Donley due to our first plumber being flighty, unresponsive, unprofessional, unethical, unreliable, inconsistent, damaged our floor (in a spot in which they were not even working) and...I could go on. They talk a big game, act like there invested in your project but they're not. they also do not communicate with each other because we would be told different things from different plumbers within the company.
After months of putting up with this company
we contacted Donley Plumbing and they fixed the problem within a week for THOUSANDS less than the first plumber that left us hanging numerous times for weeks at a time. ( I can not name the first/horrible plumber/ company in this review, but I will be happy to share the name of this company with anyone/everyone that wants to know)
Doneley's office staff and plumbers were compassionate, responsive, professional and get this - THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. And, they did the first job for a fair price. The second time was for more of what we thought was an emergency situation but wasn't vs. a plumbing install as the first job was. The response could have been a little better (we had to call back twice). For the second job, they were still very personable, professional and down to earth. They explained things in a way that could be understood by someone that does not know plumbing or plumbing terminology. The cost of the second job was a bit high considering what was done and the labor involved (and was not an emergency situation by the way)..... especially since the materials, time and labor of the first job was more way than the second. Not sure if we received some type of first-time customer discount the first time or what, but we will likely continue to use Donely Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs as long as they don't start ripping us off too. :D Special thanks to Hayden, Walt, Matt and Ralph!

I have to say I was close to looking for another company. Luckily for Chas Roberts they have employees like Evan. Evan showed up today to complete the repairs of our 3.5 year old tankless hot water heater, what was thought to be a change out of an ignitor, thermostat etc. However a couple over sites by the last 2 techs resulted in a minor service call for Evan. He was thorough, considerate, detailed and professional and to top it off didn’t charge us a penny. Thanks Evan!

I’ve had great service from start to finish with a new HVAC system but recently my unit was checked out by a tech named Zachary. This tech was the most caring and thorough tech I’ve come across in a long time. He’s a great communicator, problem solver and a man of his word. He is an all around honest, good human being. I highly recommend Day & Night, it was difficult choosing a company to purchase my unit from. I’m sure I made the right choice.

Scott Acy of A Better Place, LLC is the person to call for help around the house. He does a great job and he's a nice guy. I needed a small plumbing repair and he fixed it correctly and quickly. He has a wealth of knowledge and he is very well-mannered. He arrived on time and looking presentable plus he did not leave a mess. I will definitely use him again.
