It was the day before we left on vacation and all of a sudden our lines backed up and started coming up through the bathtubs and sinks. I was in a panic, but Diamondback was able to come out in just a few short hours. The two men that came out were very nice and extremely efficient. The issue was resolved in no time and the price was exactly what was quoted to me over the phone. My project was not a typical installation.Daniel, the plumber that showed up was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.However the company's way of pricing installations really did not coincide with the installation. Thus I felt the price quoted was far greater that the value of work that needed to be preformed.I believe that if my project would have been a standard installation I would have used the company.

They went above and beyond. Dominic and Miguel are great employees . Friendly and professionall, helped me getting things right with the home insurance too. Toilet got fixed and even new part were replaced. Small things make a difference when hiring a company, I will definetely recommend them.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

I can't thank Ron enough, it has taken several trips to figure out why our main toilet would not flush. I got very frustrated and angry, and Ron couldn't have been kinder. You don't see a lot of businesses that stand behind their work like that any more. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Do not use them! This company is hired through my apartment complex! We continued to have drainage issues on a weekly basis and the techs blamed the complex for not wanting to do what they requested needed to be done. We have a really good Manager and that was not the case at all. This company makes a huge mess when they “try” to fix something and doesn’t clean up anything. When they do come outback on the weekend there window of arrival is 8-5pm. They make everything more difficult than it needs to be!!!

This company is garbage. They change your appointments without calling you, so you spend your day at home for nothing. I am supposed to be a “VIP” customer and pay for a service, but they don’t call you to tell you they have rescheduled you…which is now the 4th time they have done it. I highly suggest not using this company.

We had a major water leak on the outside of our building. Aqua Pro Plumbing was able to take care of it professionally with minimum down time for our water. Great price and service.

Charles was prompt and responded within an hour.
Bathroom faucet was minor repair, and done quickly no mess left behind. Replaced kitchen sink faucet and fixed a leak the home warranty plumber didn't.
Professional, repairs done day of call and didn't leave a mess.
