We called to have someone come replace a shut off valve for a dishwasher and refrigerator and they were able to get us on the schedule that same day! Second Opinion Plumbing were great! We were having issues with our hot water heater and it was time to be replaced. They were able to come to our home quickly and replaced our hot water heater in no time! They were very professional, affordable and easy to work with!

We are remodeling our kitchen and of course found more problems behind the scenes. We contacted them and had an appointment set up right away to assess the problem. Our technician Austin Kaimalia fixed an emergency plumbing issue. He was beyond nice and professional. I will definitely use Penguin for all my future electrical and plumbing needs. I wrote down his name because he was someone you feel comfortable having in your home. The company is extremely lucky to have such a personable, timely and articulate employee working for them.

Tried to charge me 2300.00 for a 200.00 part and an hour labor. SHAM ON YOU

THE PLUMBER IS AMAZING. He phoned me before my allocated time slot to let me know he was available, and he arrived promptly. And he worked tirelessly for almost an hour to unclog my clogged drain. Unfortunately, the task was more complicated, so he graciously departed from the field at no cost to me. (Unfortunately, I had to assign the work to my landlord at the time, despite my willingness to pay within reason.)

I live in a new Lennar community. Reached out to Chas Roberts as my unit stopped working and they are the initial installer. The woman I spoke with initially last night (4/28/22) was very nice actually. Let me know she would have someone contact me this morning. I did actually receive a call this morning. I let the woman I was speaking with this morning know I believed my capacitor was no longer working. She let me know it would be May 11th at the earliest she could schedule a tech out. I just laughed. A capacitor takes about 10 minutes to install. What's a bigger shame is I was a huge advocate for Chas Roberts in Tucson after spending just under 30 yrs in the homebuilding industry. I had created a great relationship with Dan their GM at the time. My family moved to the PHX area two years ago to be closer to grandkids. What I can tell you is I will never refer Chas Roberts PHX for anything moving forward. I did find a local company and talked with the owner within 15 minutes of the Chas Roberts debacle this morning. He showed up to my home within 45 minutes of my call and had us up and running again within 5 minutes of his arrival. If you live in Surprise and our reading this, please reach out and I will provide the name of an AWESOME AND RESPONSIVE HVAC COMPANY.

A lateral sewer clog produced a backlog, which I discovered early. On a Saturday afternoon, though, there are no toilets, showers, or basins. Because it was an emergency, I called these men solely on the basis of web reviews. The staff arrived in less than an hour, provided a fair and affordable quotation, and then completed the work. Recommended!!

Really appreciated the phone being answered on a Sunday. Steve came to my house and fixed my air conditioner 45 minutes after I called! The price was fair and I completely trust I was not taken advantage of. I will definitely have them back out for all my service needs : )

Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...
