Best HVAC System Repair in Phoenix AZ

I called in the morning, had someone out within 6 hours. They were running a bit behind, only 45 minutes outside of the previously given window. The technician was kind & efficient, didn’t have the right plate so he went to go pick one up. The whole service took maybe 40 minutes at most.I just can’t believe I spent over $400 for one light switch to be replaced. Other than the cost, the service & efficiency was great!

I literally cannot say enough good things about Rooter Hero and specifically technician, Chris Ball. I called on a Sunday for a clogged kitchen sink and Chris showed over 2 hours earlier than my estimated window! He worked extremely hard to fix a complicated situation and stayed for over 7 hours on a Sunday to make sure the work was done correctly and thoroughly. Amazing company and amazing service and I highly recommend them!

We called Walker Plumbing based an a recommendation from a coworker. We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for. He was professional, kind, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We will definitely use Walker Plumbing in the future!

Chris R. Came over for my homeowner consultation today and was very knowledgeable about my HVAC unit, very professional, and noticed I had no attic insulation in my new home, pointed it out to to me and said I should contact my home builder to correct this mistake. Thank you Chris, I would have never known had you not gone into the attic!

Plumbers arrived inside the window and volunteered to wear shoe booties inside, which we liked. The initial snaking effort failed, but the second round succeeded. Both men were courteous and professional, and they were in and out in less than a half hour.

Izzy was the tech, he was extremely knowledgeable and provided insight as to why the AC unit was tripping the breaker as well as why a properly maintained unit is important. Very respectful and wore shoe booties inside the house.
