Best HVAC System Repair in Phoenix AZ

I set up an appointment well in advance with a technician for a simple job. I drove down from Northern AZ to Phoenix to be available for the window of time I was scheduled for. After a few hours of waiting they texted me and said they'd need to reschedule due to technician running late at previous job. I called and explained i drove from northern AZ for this appointment. They then assured me a technician would come out even if later than the scheduled time. I was agreeable to that. I called again after the appointment time had passed and they told me technician was taking a quick dinner break and running behind but would show up soon. Now it's almost 2 hours after the 6 hour window they scheduled and they said they aren't coming out today. What a waste. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Find a better company with reliable technicians, schedulers and better service. One star was generous, but there wasn't an option for 0 stars.

I highly recommend Hays Cooling & Heating. Came home to no AC and called Hays. With it being summer, I didn't expect quick service, but Dominique arrived promptly at the time I was told and he got our AC up and running. He was knowledgeable and had suggestions and information for future use without any pressure. I will definitely use Hays in the future and plan to sign up for their Bi-annual service plan.

It is not everyday or every year for that matter that you get such customer service like I did from Penguin Air. Our technician Josh was stellar and made us feel at ease during every step and giving us options. It is nice to be met with a friendly and professional manner, and on time. We have used alliance for multiple sites for multi housing office workers that answers phones are rude and feels like Inconvenience when I call their field manager or supervisor Ryan it’s very unprofessional with their bids and unorganized I work with a lot of Plumbing and Hvac companies but this By far is the worst one I had to deal with

We have used several plumbers over the past 16 years. So far, Evan Straus of ChasRoberts is tops. He is patient and figures out the problem before replacing this and that. He replaced our hot water heater in Dec 2021 and it was a tough install. We found the heater was quite “noisy” in Oct 2022 and called ChasRoberts. They sent Evan the same day and he spent 1.5 hours tracing down the noise and fashioning a fix. Turns out it was a sticking check valve that he replaced at no charge (the water heater was under a 10-year warranty). I highly recommend Evan; he inspires trust and confidence.

Both of our kitchen sinks were blocked. The team was quick to respond and fairly priced. They had to remove a 50-foot-long clog in our line. In his explanation, the technician was professional, friendly, and clear. I would use them again and strongly suggest them!
