Ray and Tatum (son) did an awesome job renovating our home. They were able to understand the vision we had and made it a reality. I was always in the know and knew what to expect, I would highly recommend them.

Shannon and his company provided a build out of a 2400 square foot office condominium investment property I purchased. Having never done anything like this before, Shannon and his team were patient and helpful with every aspect of the design and buildout. we now have a tenant who loved the building and signed a 5 year lease.

They got the materials lined up promptly and helped us choose a color that was available and attractive on our house. The roofers showed up early in the morning, so they could be done before the forecasted thunderstorms arrived. They took care to protect protect our deck furniture from falling debris, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Not one scrap of shingle was left, and no trash was left behind.

After my central heating system failed at a terribly inconvenient time, I decided it’d be best to go with several mini splits. Baikal Mechanical gave the best quote of all the companies I checked out, and I liked that they have so many five-star reviews. Now I see why they do. I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if they’re the best HVAC contractors near me. That’s most definitely the feeling I got when I gave them my business in a rather desperate hour.

I contacted A & M Mechanical a couple years ago to have my A/C serviced after meeting Amy at a Greater Phoenix Chamber event. Mark came out a week or so later and gave my old (18+ yrs) unit a thorough inspection and cleaning. He was the most friendly and knowledgeable A/C person I've met. He probably could have convinced me to replace my system at that time, but was very honest and said there was nothing wrong with it that he could see, and I could probably get another few years of use until it finally just gives out from age.

I went another two years with the same unit until I decided to proactively replace it this past winter for peace of mind and energy savings. The entire process was great from start to finish. Amy was awesome on the quote and pricing stage and Mark and his team did a great job on installing the unit over the course of two days. They install American Standard systems, and while they are not the cheapest out there, they have a great reputation for dependability. The new system is so much quieter, and I imagine will save me big time when summer hits in a couple months.

To sum things up, if you're looking for a bargain-basement deal, then you should probably look elsewhere. However, if you want an honest, friendly, competitive, knowledgeable and professional experience then go with confidence and give A & M a call today!! Best of all, you'll be supporting a GPC member!

B3 replaced one of our very old heat pumps last year quickly and professionally. This year, when our other old unit started to die, we called them and they once again did a fabulous job. On top of the great service, their prices can't be beat! They saved us $$$!

never responds or sends updates. says he will be there at a certain time and never shows up. have been without air for a week in 100+ degree heat. if i could give zero stars i would, do not recommend!!

Track is a great company that came and check my AC unit. Ben the AC tech came and was able to explain what he was doing and answer my questions with knowledge and was very professional. I will recommend this company and use them for my AC again.
