Best HVAC System Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I had a badly leaking hose bib. To make matters worse the leaking water deposited a great deal of sediment on the valve and piping. I did not have the tools to remove the old faucet, clean up the deposits and install a new faucet.Parker and Sons sent out a technician and in no time at all ge replaced the bad fittings and had the new one installed.One comment I do have is, nice job guys. Nice job.

They shut off water to entire complex without notice

I have used Patrick Riley for over 3 years to take care of my plumbing and air conditioning and have been very happy. I did have one experience last year that was not too pleasant. I called them... they took my concerns to heart....as I understand the individual is no longer there. Thumbs up to Ty. Thank you.

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

I decided to call Hays based upon Yelp and Google reviews. I'm glad that I did. They are a very professional company. I was surprised when my AC went out in the 119 summer temps that they could come out the next evening, much sooner than any other company. Thad was to be here between 5-8pm and I got a call telling me he was running late and it would be the latter part of his time fram when he would be here. What?! A phone call? Who does that? It was only 7pm when he arrived and I had a 40 minute call ahead from Thad when he was on his way. Unfortunately he only had one part I needed on his truck and it was after 8pm so he had to return the next day but their prices are competitive and I got a discount because I signed up for the biannual checkups and they waived the service call. Hays is the way to go. Thad gets 5 stars also and should be recognized by Hays for his professionalism and performance. They are lucky to have him as a representative for their company.

My AC went out and I called Penguin Air. I needed a new AC Unit and they provided a portable AC cooler until they could come back out the next day to install the New Unit. My Technicians were very Professional and Courteous. Thank You MARCIN KURUC (Team 3)Both of you were Awesome!

Overall great service and a reasonable price. To be honest, it took two separate technician visits, but the second one seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He actually made up for the first one, though I was primarily happy that they didn’t try to charge us for having two techs having to visit.

Spent over 12 hours (starting last night at 10 pm) trying to communicate via phone and email with this company to get them to fix my A/C today. Their online “scheduling” system does not work. Spoke with a lady this morning that said someone would be contacting me soon. After an hour and a half of no response, I called again. I had to reiterate all my information again only to be told they were booked up for weeks! Why not call and say that to start?! It’s a Friday in Phoenix during the hottest part of the year…I get it, but don’t waste people’s time by not communicating. Good news is that Desert Diamond came out within 2 hours and fixed the issue right away!

I contracted with them for work, and they had to work a lot of overtime, but they didn't charge me for it. He was one of the most remarkable plumbers, discovering difficulties that I had no idea existed. I cannot suggest these highly enough.

Very professional and very informative. I called on Monday and they came out on Tuesday for an estimate. Wednesday they were out installing. It was a bit pricey but it was totally worth it. We have a brand new ac with cool air and ready for the summer.
