Hero Home Services recently replaced most of the drainage system beneath my house. I have a 130 year old home in a historic district in Phoenix. They were incredibly fast to respond. Very professional and did a great job explaining my situation and the recommended options each step of the way. Once I agreed to a plan of action, they executed the plan exactly as promised and encouraged me to review/test the results with them to ensure I was fully informed prior to signing off on the project. Technician Brent Sanderson arrived within 2 hours of first contact. Immediately identified our plumbing issue, didn’t try to overcharge us and push unnecessary testing services. Was kind, polite, and respectful. Explained how our septic system is set up in a way we could understand and gave us future tips.
