Darrell Yazzie did an amazing job on my HVAC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough to make sure the job was done correctly. He was able to explain clearly what needed to be done and was happy to answer any questions I had, and I had a few.It was a breath of fresh air since my last two experiences with the HVAC technicians weren't as positive. They were very inexperienced and one actually told me I needed a new fan on a unit that was fairly new. Anyway, I didn't leave a negative review because I'm not that person. However I am very happy to leave this positive one.I was actually hesitant to use them to do the repairs, but Darrell Yazzie restored my faith in the HVAC sector of Parker and Sons.I have used Parker and Sons in other capacities and have always been happy with the work, service, and professionalism, which is also why I use, and am part of the family plan I think it's called, for $11.00 a month. Our main water line into the house sprung a leak on the house side of the water meter. Not good. Fortunately, we caught it fairly early and Franz was able to make it out within a few hours and repair the break. He moved a significant amount of dirt, dug out the box around the meter, and stayed after it was dark to make sure we could have running water that evening. When he was done, all of the landscaping was moved back into place and you'd never know he was there.



This is the second time I've used these guys for a repair, I've been impressed both times. They're my go to plumber. Use them.

This is the plumber you want!! They are extremely competitively priced and the work they did was truly exceptional! I really can’t speak highly enough about how they exceeded my expectations. We had a service line leak, a pretty bad one at that, and they came out right away to have a look. The next day they had it completely fixed, but not only that, we couldn’t even tell our front yard had been dug up!! We actually checked the neighbors lawn worried they may have had a mix up in address lol but upon super close inspection were able to find a tiny bit of evidence the digging had occurred. I’m so impressed with their work! They made the whole stressful ordeal so easy from start to finish. I will most definitely use them for any future plumbing needs and will be recommending them to others. Seriously, do yourself a favor and choose this company for your plumbing problem!

Edit: Turns out I needed a plumber for a kitchen sink drain clog yesterday and luckily I knew exactly who to call! I wish this company was more than just plumbing because I would call them for everything. They came out quickly and got the job done for a fair price. But on top of that, they’re genuinely nice people to work with. They’ve once again exceeded my expectations! Thank you!!

I couldn't recommend this team any more for those that need a whole house Repipe. We have a house in Ahwatukee that was laden with Polybutylene (gray pipes) that are known to burst close the the T taps after awhile. We didn't want to have to ever deal with that, nor the inspection findings if we ever sell the house. We called Arizona Integrity Plumbing and man were they so much cheaper than all the other plumbers we called, by over 50%.

They had to shut the water off for a about a day when they were cutting over to the new PEX pipes, but we were mostly out of the house, so it wasn't a big deal at all. When the walls were opened up we had them install some new shower valves since ours were over 30 years old. It turned out so well, even though there were some mishaps along the way. It was so nice to have everything done by this company instead of subcontracting out drywall and painting work, they literally did it all. Such an awesome process to see. I included some pictures of the process, but rest assured that everything is patched up, textured and painted like it never happened.

The team that came to my house was over the top professional, friendly and knew their stuff. They tackled all the challenges along the way with grace and kindness. I couldn't have asked for a better Team than Alex, Romero, Bianca and Alby. Amanda was extremely helpful with every phone call as well. I had some questions how they are so cheap compared to the other plumbers and the owner Kelly told me about all the experience he had and how he cross-trains his team to make it he best value out there.
