Had issues with our Nest thermostat not receiving power. The tech, Josh, determined it was the transformer and had it replaced in less than 30 mins. Josh has been out to our place before for our previous unit, and he’s the man. Communicative, efficient and professional.

The tech was out here within a few hours and was thorough and fixed the issue. I’m so happy to have heat again. Highly recommend Parker & Sons. Great job by all!
