Our aging a/c had a multitude of issues and our downstairs was quite warm. We had 2 different a/c repairman out and both couldn't fix it and recommended a new a/c. We lined up quotes from these and other companies including Penguin Air. What impressed us about Penguin Air was Jeramie came out on a Sunday afternoon while others either didn't call back or were not available until Monday. He came out gave us a quote which was considerably less then the other two. He also gave us 3 years service on top of that quote. It was also a plus that the install could happen Monday morning. Jeramie was professional and honest. The install team was wonderful. Jake was fantastic. Our a/c initially was having trouble when it started, difficulty cooling right away. I called Jake and he came back out to take a look. Jake tested it and it all tested correctly. It was still have trouble later that evening, we called and Jace (?) came back out and put a hard starter on and added more Freon. Apparently it was too hot to test the Freon levels accurately in the day. Whatever the reason, this seemed to fix it. I appreciate that the install/tech answered and came back out and that when we still had trouble the warranty tech came right out. Excellent service all around. Very pleased.

Shower valve gave up and I couldn’t shut off the water going full blast into a tub. I had to shut down the water to the home, but due to a very recent and painful surgery I needed the water back on ASAP and unable to do it myself. P&S jumped on it and scheduled us for a very fast response. Michael was here by 2:00 pm and by 2:30 our issue was repaired. Polite, efficient and professional company and employees. They may cost a bit more than others, but they made up for it in several ways. A huge thank you to everyone.

I highly recommend Daniel and his team for all your a/c needs! They’re very reasonable, knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly trustworthy! We used them, after getting quotes from other companies, on replacing a heat pump a/c system.. so glad we did! They explained everything in such great detail, gave us the information to make our own decisions (not pushy sales men), and showed me pictures of all completed work. I see why electrical is not listed as one of their specialties. I scheduled someone to install 2 j-boxes in my shower ceiling, making sure they knew I needed them to bring the j-boxes. I was told they always have them on their trucks. James (not a licensed electrician) came out and said he does mainly commercial work and did not have the j-boxes and left for Home Depot. I was charged for the time he was gone. Joe came out to straighten it, which he did, and then later apparently forgot that he did it. I have photos to prove it was crooked. While straightening the box, Joe proceeded to tell me and my son about how he hates to say anything bad about his coworkers but James has had numerous complaints and they’ve had to go back and redo several of his jobs. He said he would definitely be reprimanded. Adam, who I assume is a manager, initially called me and said he would make it right and I would receive a partial refund. After a few weeks with no response and no refund, I called today and was told by Adam that there was nothing wrong with the j-box initially and Joe denied ever straightening it. Adam also felt that I should be charged for the time he went to Home Depot. I was charged $77.50 material cost for the trip, two $1.25 j-boxes, two &1.25 cover plates and approximately 1’ of wire. Adam said most of the charge was their mark-up price for the 1’ of wire. Wow… disrespect, unprofessionalism, short-term memory loss, and unethical.
