My experience:On 7/20/17, I spoke to Steve Herzog about the installation of 4 floor sinks, one 3-compartment sink, a prep sink, 2 hand sinks, a grease trap, and a back-flow preventer. He said they would come out to take a look at the project and I never heard back from him.I reached out on 11/20/17 because the drawings were finished and the permit for tenant improvements were issued. I sent over the drawings & Chad took a look at the project on 11/28/17 He said he’s going to put together a proposal and get back with me. I called him on 12/5/17 and he said, his baby was sick and was surprised I didn’t get his email. Chad said he was in the field and would send the quote when he gets back to the office.Not sure why I never heard back from them but I am thankful I didn’t give them any money.

Angela came to my home to put in a new faucet for a sink. She was polite and extremely professional. She did an excellent job.

Joe was able to stop by our Carvana office in Arcadia and assess an issue with one of our men's urinals as well as a small leak in our women's bathroom. The next day he and his coworker fixed the problem! Joe was really great to work with and suggested against spending more money looking further into the issue. Like others said, he is very knowledgeable, efficient with his time (and ours) and trustworthy. Thank you Joe!

Great company to work with. On time, fair pricing, and done great job

Needed some plumbing work done at my home and was referred to Ben Franklin. They sent Roger and Nick out to help me and I couldn’t be more pleased. Well normally I would get a second opinion but in this case Roger impressed me so much with telling me what the issues were, how they were planning to fix it and giving me a real estimate for costs made me comfortable enough to just go with them. I can’t recommend these guys enough

Franz was great, approachable and personable! Made the service very quick and easy, and was respectful about cleanliness! Also gave tips on how to upkeep the drains on my own which was very helpful.

They called to see if they could come early, they were extremely polite and helpful. Really great service! I would definitely use them again.



Update - review above is from 2016. Just had them come back for another project. Still great service. Same guy a year later! Very pleased.

This was a warranty replacement. Thought the price was tad high however all went well and I’m satisfied.

They were out here immediately and on time, very nice guy and professional. Found the problem and fixed it. Would highly recommend them.

Painless removal of old and install of new water heater. Richard knew his trade well and did a nice job. I shopped around and found this to be the most reasonably priced. I could have paid $600 more for a bigger more recognized name company, but why? The job was just finished, therefore time will tell if it was truly money well spent.

Pacman Plumbing was great - showed up quick fixed my shower quickly and charged a fair price! Will definitely use their services again!

I have used them in the past when a pipe burst and my house flooded and they were fine, however, I will never use again. This past visit I spent over $100 for the (not friendly) guy to come out, he fixed nothing and did not address all issues presented.
