Jason with Maloney Plumbing was fast, courteous and professional. I have an old house an I realize there will be issues with plumbing. He did everything he said he was going to do and then some. Left my bathroom better than he found it. With the exception of one small item that still needed attention Kitty from the office sent someone out on Sunday afternoon. Did not expect someone before Monday. This was truly over the top customer service. Thank you Maloney plumbing!!

Our water pipe needed to be flushed out due to our waster softener broke and the beads were in the pipe blocking the water. We also had to replace the water heater tank. Joey M showed up and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Joey took the time to explain to us what happen, what needed to be done, the pricing, and how long it would take to fixed it. After the service completed Joey also gave us little tips here and there that we wouldn't have thought of. Most importantly Joey did an amazing job and everything are running great now. Thanks Joey!

Josh was very thorough and patient with detecting the issue and ultimately replacing the water heater and installing new water softener. He was always very nice and professional and I would request him personally should I ever need their services in the future.

Wyman provided excellent, timely service at a reasonable price. They sent out an experienced plumber to replace an outside leaky valve and provided next day service. I would hire them again for any plumbing issue.

Don came ostensibly reattach RO and other connections under the sink. We had had a leak and all of one wall of our kitchen including all the under sink connections were taken down to solve the problem.Don was patient, thorough and repeated explanations as needed. He even went on to do extra work at our request. Very hard to imagine better customer service in any given field than we received.

Repair and maintenance folks don't always have good news for you about the health of your HVAC, plumbing etc. But you can count on Parker and Sons to give it to you straight, honestly and with good value. He is our technician; very professional and personable. I won't use anyone else for this home. --- UPDATE JANUARY 2020 We have used them three times in the past few years; the latest yesterday. Let me say that their communication was excellent; that the service technician was very capable (Julio); and that the service they performed was outstanding. Their bill was reasonable for the work done; their advice was outstanding; and we will use them again. What did we have done? We had a kitchen sink under counter RO system removed and we had work done on our garbage disposal; and all the plumbing under the sink was checked, tied off, and repaired. 100% satisfied with these folks and especially with Julio who we will request perform needed services in the future. While we appreciate handymen and the work they do, when it comes to plumbing issues, we hire professionals; like Deer Valley.

Got here within an hour of when I called. Technician worked very quickly and efficiently. Problem solved within 1/2 hour. Technician also gave me advice on how to solve a different issue in my tub. Couldn't be happier with the job they did or the cost.

We gave James and the team an emergency request to repair a broken pipe in our backyard. They said James would arrive around 6 PM, and he got to our house just before 6. James took care of the situation quickly and effectively. The price was reasonable, and James was wonderful to work with. Will be using again
