Omg these guys are in my favorites list now. They picked up the phone within two rings, came to my house 10 minutes later, and attempted to fix the pipes feeding my tankless water heater, but learned it would take a custom part. They gave me a wait time of three days to get the part, and called me a day early. They were courteous, efficient, tidy, and I’ll never call another plumber but them!

So i've been doing a lot of work on our house over the last year or so and wanted to run a gas line from the meter to our stove and to our bbq. I had originally gotten estimates from about 5 different places and Apache was very reasonable based on all of the estimates I was given. However, even their estimate was a bit more than i was prepared for at the time so I put it off. Fast forward a year and now, knowing the expected prices I called Apache back and set up the gas run. I received an updated estimate with 2 different prices based on 2 different run options. Called them back (Monday), advised them which option I wanted and was able to schedule the work for the upcoming Friday. They showed up on time and got right to work. Frank and Richard are both great guys and very friendly. I had laid some pavers last year and asked that the line be run under the pavers up into the bbq and they were able to accommodate. The caveat being that the run was only a couple feet otherwise, i would have had to go a different route. It took them a total of 2 days to get the work done and the only reason it even took that long was the ground being so hard to get under the pavers. The company on the first day even sent a 2nd crew out to assist to try to get it done. Frank and Richard came back out the 2nd day and wrapped it up early first thing in the morning. Apache also took care of the permit piece as well; we got inspected 2 days later and were given the green tag. It was late in the day that we were given the greenlight so Apache wasnt able to come until the 2nd day after the inspection which was completely understandable to me, even beyond my expectations as I expected their calendar to be full but they were there and backfilled the trench and even went so far as to help me hook up the conversion kit to the grill! Very nice guys and Dorothy in the office is super friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to use Apache again... in fact, I'm about to install a bib in the garage at my water softener (wash cars without spotting) and will definitely be using Apache for that as well. Recommended to me by a trusted friend when the water heater leaked out all over the garage. I called at noon expecting an appointment in the future but Franz showed up within a couple of hours and had a new water heater installed by 6:30. Can’t recommend them enough.

We called this company, while out of the Country, when our tenants complained of water backing up in their tub and toilets. The technician determined the issue was at the sidewalk where a pipe was crushed due to resent work by Cox Cable. Deer Valley quoted us $14,000 to dig the pipe and repair the break. Not only were we appalled at the estimate we also questioned why they would be willing to repair a pipe that was obviously on city of Phoenix property. We made one phone call to the City and the repair was taken care of the same day at no cost to us. This could have been a very costly mistake had we taken Deer Valley’s advice. I reached out to the owner,Joe Kerlin, prior to placing this review but received no response.

our technician jake was professional, helpful, positive and had a good sense of humor (he joked about how he's super tall and has to squish into the tiny space under a sink when he installs them!) we had a wonderful experience.

A few months ago, I called Rooter Ranger because I was having issues with the drains in my shower and toilets backing up. They were at my house within an hour. It was at a time when I was quarantining in my home due to COVID. It was determined that the roots from a tree in my front yard had grown through the water main. Everyone was so professional and friendly. They made a bad situation so much better. I want to especially thank Jesse James A., Daniel S. and Jarrod B. They finished the project the next day and even came back the following morning to double check that everything was great. I highly recommend these guys!

APES saved the day when no other appliance repair companies would! My girlfriend was going through a time time, husband moved-out on the family unexpectedly, holidays were rough and she returned home to a leaky washing machine that flooded her utility room about 2 inches deep of soapy water. Did I mention that is was also her birthday celebration??
My friend Christine decided to surprise our friend by repairing the washer so her kids would have clean clothes for school. This was the most positive experience I've had with a contractor vendor ever coming into my house. All Hours Plumbing LLC is phenomenal company. Sunday night at 8:00 pm we had major drain clog in the house; bathtub ,showers ,toilets, backing up and overflowing.. within 40 minutes of calling All Hours Plumbing LLC, they responded to our house, unclogged our drain and suggested recommended follow-up services. The tech that came out was extremely knowledgeable, extremely professional, and very diligently listened to our concerns. Our drain was cleared in a timely manner, no after service mess to clean up...You have earned my repeat business... Highly recommend this company for anyone who may have Plumbing needs.
