When Simba gave me an arrival two hour window I was nervous the plumber would arrive at the end of time slot. Wonderfully he arrived exactly at the beginning of the time slot! He serviced my water heater quickly and efficiently! He answered all my questions and checked water level on a toilet and a questionable leak on my bathtub. I've read some poor reviews on this company & that surprises me because I had a great experience.. my water heater was on it's last legs & so I called my warranty company.. they picked Pruitt's plumbing to respond to my problem, they scheduled a tech to come out & evaluate.. an appt was scheduled for my water heater to be replaced & different tech came out to actually do the job. Both techs were prompt, experienced & did a great final job!

Asa plumbing is great! He fixed a toilet of mine and made it better than what it was prior to being broken. When he’s finished he leaves the work area clean so you don’t need to do it yourself after. I would refer him to a friend.

The initial response to a shower that would not turn off when water was turned on revealed that when the house was built the valve piping was installed up side down so the shower could not turn off. After a small bump in the scheduling Carter Wlkinson came out. He had to remove dry wall in the kitchen to get to the valve. He was quick and professional, cleaned up and was on his way. Very happy with service and recommend A.P.E.S.
