We had Ryan from Robins Plumbing work on a shower drip and replace two sink faucets. Being an older facility, there were some challenges, especially with one of the faucet installations. His patience was simply outstanding and he completed the job very well. What a scam this guy was, said he needed to be paid in cash and would give a discount if I did. My husband was not able to get home to deal with this and this liying Joe guy took me for the ride of my life. Got hundreds out of me and we had to fix the leak anyways. I tried to call 2 bad plumbers back a few times and he would not own up to his work. Said he never serviced my home. I wish I had read these reviews before I used his service. What a CON MAN SCAMMER!

Wyman helped us solve a couple of plumbing problems both inside and outside. Took a couple of trip due to miscommunication with a supplier, not Wyman's problem. We were totally happy and would use them again as well as recommend them to others.

Christian did a wonderful job for us. First he gave us a chance to go out purchase hardware when he did not have any on his truck. Second, the fairly straightforward job became more challenging due to the old angle stops under our sinks but he was able to overcome the challenges and complete the job. Third he worked very diligently for several hours until the job was complete. Finally, he was very professional, helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. Can't ask for anything more!

Installer (Saul) arrived and reviewed installation process in detail and then performed the work with additional company resources. Work was completed as planned. I have 40 years experience in building construction and appreciate tradesman that care. Parker and Sons isn't cheap but warranty and service agreements combined with Lennox equipment and quality people equals good value.
