Excellent!!!!!

We discovered a leak in our outside water service line Thursday evening. We called Service Line Warrantee company, with whom we have insurance coverage for this kind of thing. They selected a contractor who was supposed to call us on Friday to set up an appointment for no later than Monday. Having received no call, we called Service Line Saturday morning, not really expecting anything to happen over the weekend. They were extremely responsive and switched our job to a different contractor, Moon Valley plumbing. Literally within five minutes, I had received a text giving me a two hour window later on Saturday during which I should expect their technician. Five minutes after that I got a phone call to make sure I got the text. 15 minutes after that I got a call directly from the technician, Jerry Turner to talk about the problem and make sure he had what he needed for the job and to ask if it was OK to come over earlier than expected. I was thrilled that we would be able to get a diagnosis today and hoped that repair would be possible by Monday. Jerry checked everything out, got right on the phone with the insurance company, got authority to proceed immediately rather than having us wait and our water was back on within the hour. He was extremely pleasant and professional and instilled confidence that he really knew what he was doing. If we need more work through our home warranty coverage, we will be requesting this company and if we need something we don’t have coverage for, it is good to know of a local plumbing company that we can be comfortable calling ourselves.

I acquired Wyman Plumbing & Machinical through HOME ADVISORS (another great business) anyway, 3 bids were shown to me and Wyman was the third company on the list sent from HOME ADVISORS.
I needed help with a plumbing issue in a newly purchased flip in Scottsdale. Tamra called me and I gave her all of the info regarding this plumbing issue.
Long story short, not only did Doug fix the problem but he did the "shopping" to find the correct "decorative fixtures" for the project.

Very responsive and professional!
Came out the same day and cleared my main sewer line within 20 minutes. I had a different company prior and they weren’t able to get it cleared, even though they spent two full hours.

The service man (Richard) was very professional. He inspected the problem we were having with our AC system quickly and accurately. He proceeded to give me several different options and good advise on those options. A company told me to replace pipes. I called them. He checked pipes and water pressure. He did excellent job. They are perfect for plumbing needs.

Just had The Sunny Plumber out to take a look at our water heater. They were very courteous! Victor K. took a look at our water heater, went in the attic to check out some odd plumbing we had. Made a few calls and set everything up right away!

Called for home warranty repair/replacement of hot water heater. Appointment set for next day. Called same day and had a tech who could come that day vs waiting. He came out, assessed the old heater and gave me a summary of work required.
He was very professonal and had years of experience. He advised me of cost out of pocket and installed the new heater.

I have used this service a few times now and they have been responsive and professional! The technician was friendly and helpful. They do a great job of explaining everything and walking you through it.
