Highly Unlikely as a regular customer that I would ever call again. Your company is one of the most expensive, if not the most expensive in the valley , and then to give me an estimate of $ 6,000.00 and a little more for a job I got 3 estimates and each one never went over $ 1,500.00 your company is not only expensive, but your big time rip offs and this is after the service tech called the office to find out how much to charge me.

I cannot stress enough to anyone reading this, that you should hire this company for your NuFlow NuDrain installation. Remember PEERLESS PLUMBING. Lindsey, walked us through the whole process and explained the whole project to us. My mother is in her 80's. She worked in a factory for over 30 years. Her hard earned money has to stretch for expenses like this. Lindsey of Peerless Plumbing was so detailed and honest with cost of this project. You are given options to work within your budget. We must have had about 3 plumbing companies tell us they are going to need to break up many feet of concrete inside and outside of the house which would cost my mother thousands before and after trenching her house.

Christian was very professional and polite and explained the inspection, and we had the detailed proposal/report for the project the next day.

Mike, Wyatt and Chuck were the awesome team that came to prep for the NuDrain installation, then completed the whole project in 2 days with only having to disrupt maybe 24 by 24 give or take space of concrete. They descaled the cast iron using Picote milling equipment. They Hydrojeted the clay trunk line running through the backyard to remove roots.(this is just temporary, we will revisit this project in 6 mo. to a year which Lindsey will walk us through again).

Another issue came up where my mom's water heater started leaking. This water heater had to be replaced. Again, I'm so happy I called Lindsey. She took care of having a new one delivered, installed and haul away of the old water heater. She even went so far as to registering the water heater for us.

I'm telling you, from Christian, Mike, Wyatt, Chuck, and Lindsey. This is more than a 5 star team and more than a 5 star company. Remember Peerless Plumbing. Thank You on behalf of my mother.

Textbook bait-and-switch



Long story but here it goes:



I hired Quail Plumbing to install a gas line for a new cooking top. The plumber came to take a look and quote the job. It was already suspicious that the plumber was in a van marked Scottsdale Plumbing. He looked at the location where the line needed to be installed and give me a quote (8 hours of work).



I scheduled for the work to be done one week later. This is where the problems started.



The plumber came and immediately started complaining that he didn't have his van and his equipment, that he would have to go to the store to buy a level, etc.

Next he started complaining that the drywall wasn't removed. During his visit a week earlier he didn't mention anything about this.

Next he started complaining about the connections to the water heater (which hadn't changed from the week before, when he quoted the job)

So all in all, before he even started he spent about 20 minutes complaining about the job.



I ended up having to lend him my level so he could get started.



Next he took out the water heater and started ripping out the drywall. He came and got me and started complaining again how this was going to be a lot of work. He got all upset of how the copper and gas lines were sitting in the wall, how he would have to drill through studs (like he didn't know this already before). Apparently the gas line went to the attic and he couldn't see where it went. To make a long story short he asked me how he had to do his job. He also told me I would have to remove all the drywall from floor to ceiling on one wall in the kitchen.



Next he told me to think about it and he would reschedule if I agreed with the extra work: textbook bait and switch.



This is where I got upset and told him I got other tradesman scheduled and I could not wait a week to get this done. Again he started complaining at which point I told him that I just wanted the work done the same day as he told me he could do a week earlier. I also told him that I didn't care if it took him longer as long as the work was done the same day. I thought this was it and he would get the stuff done the same day. This is were it got interesting...



At this point he left and called the office. A minute later I got a call from someone whose name I can only assume is Karen. She asked me if I had been verbally abusive. To which I said replied No, then she asked me if was swearing. To which I answered No. (This plumber would probably be the first man in history with tattoos over his neck and hands who is offended by swearing). Then she asked me if I wanted to reschedule for next week. At which point I told her I wanted the work done this day as I thought that was what was agreed 5 minutes earlier with the plumber. There was no reason at all for her to get involved.



After some back an forth she had the gall to tell me to shut up while she was speaking and didn't want to listen to anything that I said. Every time I tried to say something she would interrupt me and didn't want to hear anything about the unprofessional behavior of the plumber. Apparently the customer is always wrong with Quail Plumbing. When she was done with her diatribe I told her that I would like to call my mommy too to help me out and defend my case, just like the plumber called his mommy (aka the office Karen). Needless to say Karen didn't like this and was offended.



She decided there and then that they were not going to do the job and that I needed to look for another plumber to get the gas line done.



Good riddance Quail (or is it Scottsdale Plumbing?).

They are amazing. We were having a family gathering and out of the blue my kitchen was under water due to pipe being broken. I immediately looked up a plumbing company on google and called them up. They were super professional and after talking with them, I immediately felt at ease. They understood the circumstances and scheduled someone to come over as soon as possible before my guests started coming over.
