Great experience with a plumber! Lou H was fantastic ~ friendly and even arrived early. I have never been so excited to see a plumber in my life. Our shower water never really ever got hot. We were always nervous about calling a plumber thinking it would turn into a huge expense. So honest and helpful ~ it was a simple fix (for them of course) and the price was affordable. Feels good to now have a plumber we can call that we trust and feel comfortable.

We had an under sink hot water tank that needed replacing. Franz gave us the option of a recirculating line via a pump. So far, seems to work great. Very responsive.Thanks Franz.

The day before we were moving into our new house we found out our gas pipes were leaking. After a week of people looking but not fixing the issue, we called Deer Valley Plumbing. Joe diagnosed the issue right away, removed all the old leaking pipes, and replaced the ones that needed replacing. Thank you! We now know who we'll be calling for any future issues.

We had a major plumbing problem: the sewer line was not draining properly and had to be replaced requiring 25 feet of trenching. Jeff responded to my request very promptly. Champion Plumbing's bid was very detailed and the cost was reasonable. Andrew got the work done quickly and professionally.

I cannot stress enough to anyone reading this, that you should hire this company for your NuFlow NuDrain installation. Remember PEERLESS PLUMBING. Lindsey, walked us through the whole process and explained the whole project to us. My mother is in her 80's. She worked in a factory for over 30 years. Her hard earned money has to stretch for expenses like this. Lindsey of Peerless Plumbing was so detailed and honest with cost of this project. You are given options to work within your budget. We must have had about 3 plumbing companies tell us they are going to need to break up many feet of concrete inside and outside of the house which would cost my mother thousands before and after trenching her house.

Christian was very professional and polite and explained the inspection, and we had the detailed proposal/report for the project the next day.

Mike, Wyatt and Chuck were the awesome team that came to prep for the NuDrain installation, then completed the whole project in 2 days with only having to disrupt maybe 24 by 24 give or take space of concrete. They descaled the cast iron using Picote milling equipment. They Hydrojeted the clay trunk line running through the backyard to remove roots.(this is just temporary, we will revisit this project in 6 mo. to a year which Lindsey will walk us through again).

Another issue came up where my mom's water heater started leaking. This water heater had to be replaced. Again, I'm so happy I called Lindsey. She took care of having a new one delivered, installed and haul away of the old water heater. She even went so far as to registering the water heater for us.

I'm telling you, from Christian, Mike, Wyatt, Chuck, and Lindsey. This is more than a 5 star team and more than a 5 star company. Remember Peerless Plumbing. Thank You on behalf of my mother.

Anthony M. was awesome. He arrived to fix my water heater. He was down to earth, warm and polite. He let me know everything that he was going to be doing. He fixed everything quickly. I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

I hired Edwards to plumb my laundry room for a utility sink. This is a project I've been waiting 30 years to start. The existing configuration of studs, plumbing and electrical in that room provided a challenge that can only be described using an adult vocabulary. Trevor swung for the fence and knocked it out of the park in under 4 hours. After I close up the dry wall, the project will be complete. I am very pleased with the job Trevor did and will use Edwards Plumbing again for future projects.

I called Zippity Split at the last minute to see if I could get an inspection on a sewer line repair with a liner after noticing fractures in the sewer line going under the Bldg while repairs were being done on the line on the outside of the Bldg. To my surprise they had someone to send over the same day within an hour or so. Brandon came over did a camera inspection, explained everything we were seeing, identified the cracks & problems right away, and gave me a quote. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I'm very pleased with their response and professionalism. My next step now is to have Zippity do the repairs.
