I needed a bathtub faucet either rebuilt or replaced. They were very punctual in regards to setting me up in a timeframe that worked for me and within 2 days of the initial conversation. The morning of the service call I received a text stating my technician would arrive shortly with a picture of him and everything. About 20 minutes after that text no one had arrived. I then called them and the man who answered the phone said he would contact him and call me back. In which he did and stated he had to stop for gas which I’m not sure what he drives but that shouldn’t be a 20+ minute delay. He apologized and said the man would arrive shortly. Another 10 minutes goes by and now my whole morning is thrown off by this delay and Jim and a younger guy show up to my door. Jim never once apologizes for being late, instead just asks where is the problem and if I know how to shut off the water. I’m sitting in my dining room and they’re in the master bedroom bathroom and I hear him jabbering on the phone. So now he’s late and on the phone like time isn’t of the essence and my time doesn’t matter. He keeps sending the younger guy back and forth to the truck for tools. They finish in about 30 minutes and Jim just walks past me and out the front door, at least the younger kid spoke to me on his way out. I go into the bathroom afterwards and yes the faucet now works but there’s black handprints all over my shower walls and he caulked the Hot knob bezel crooked to where you can still see the old imprint and outline of the correct placement and there’s residue left all over both knobs that I can’t get off. Very unprofessional with no regard to the customer or the cleanliness of their work and I would not recommend them!

Great service at a great price and the job was done quickly! Gave a great price compared to the company we had started the job with and was upfront about everything with no surprises. Saul was great guy who explained everything he was going to do and also let me know of the things that were not needed that the other company tried to sell us. Overall this was a 10 out of 10 experience. Future customer for sure!

He was incredibly knowledgable with other inquiries I had about the plumbing in my home, conducted his work in a clean fashion, and was overall enjoyable to have around. They sent a technician to check out my water leak from my Solar Water Heater and made some recommendations. They also sent a specialist to detect any black mold that may have leaked into the walls and luckily there was none. Shane and his team and Alyssa did an excellent job of following up and providing excellent customer service.

The man driving the company van tried to run me into the wall on the 51 freeway and 101 freeway curve today at 230pm. He harassed me for several miles by tailgating me nearly hitting me on multiple occasions. This person is clearly a bully and used his vehicle to threaten and bully me out of his way. I would stay clear of this vehicle and wouldn't let him near my family or home. God for bid you piss him off. He drives a white van that says Quail Plumbing on the sides. Please pray for this man that he will find a better way to deal with his emotions. And pray for all the drivers out here in Phoenix. Hopefully no one is hurt by this man.

Zoltan did a phenomenal job. I was impressed that they were able to come out so promptly and on short notice.



I had a water leak over my electrical room and it was imperative that it be fixed immediately. Zoltan came out and repaired quickly.

We had a very nice experience with this company. Alex came to our house on time. He was very he nice and got busy on our problem right away. Alex was clean, neat, and did not have the usual plumber look or smell. I would call Hero Home Services again without thought. Definitely a #10+ .

Called early Saturday morning when pipe broke. Jim told me he would be at my house within the hour and showed up 30 minutes after I called. Very polite and professional and made sure job was done right before filling back in the hole and leaving. Would definitely recommend!! Also does in home plumbing.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

I was in a real pickle with my R/O System, and when other plumbing companies came up with reasons why they couldn't help, George Brazil asked how CAN we help? They were great thoughout my whole experience. The dispatcher Christine was sympathetic and understanding, and the technician DJ was knowledgable helpful and didn't leave until everything was just right. I have true piece of mind now that everything is fixed and I won't wake up to the sound of running water! Thank you to everyone at George Brazil from dispatching to repair to parts runner. They truly still understand the meaning of customer service and a job done right.

We have used this company twice now in just over one year. The owner, Ron, is awesome! Ron cleared our clogged kitchen sink drain with ease and at no additional cost when other plumbers were going to charge us extra fees for having to go up on our roof. He came out again to clear a nasty sewer blockage. Both times he quoted us the price over the phone and was able to come to our house within 2 hours of our call. Ron does not try to sell extra services or service plans. He solves the problem and is on his way in no time. We couldn’t be more pleased with Ron and his swift, courteous, and professional service.
