Travis Jr did a good job replacing my mainline faucet, did it less than an hour, fast, efficient and price is fair. I highly recommend this company.

They do not know how to use a phone. I called multiple times and Steve never called me back. When I finally did get a quote I tried to call again to expand the scope of the renovation project and give them more work and once again never received a call back. I would definitely not recommend them.

I needed quarter-turn shut-off valves installed at my kitchen sink. I called at 9:30, and the technician was at my house within 90 minutes. Travis was prompt for the service call, professional, and completed the job in under an hour to my complete satisfaction.

Mike Salerno did my repairs. Did a great job. He was very polite, and very clean! Anytime I need something repaired, Park & Sons will be who I will call! Could not have asked for any better service than what I received!

Our main water line into the house sprung a leak on the house side of the water meter. Not good. Fortunately, we caught it fairly early and Franz was able to make it out within a few hours and repair the break. He moved a significant amount of dirt, dug out the box around the meter, and stayed after it was dark to make sure we could have running water that evening. When he was done, all of the landscaping was moved back into place and you'd never know he was there.



This is the second time I've used these guys for a repair, I've been impressed both times. They're my go to plumber. Use them.

We came home from vacation overseas at night and had to discover that we had a water leakage somewhere, I could hear the water running and the backyard was soaking wet. Terrific experience as you can imagine. I called several „so called 24hrs plumbers“ before I got to Simons plumbing company. The companies I called before Simons, one was actually Rooters, didn’t want to come on a Sunday night (9:30pm) and just said they had appointments all through the night(!!). Anyhow, Simons plumbing were extremely nice and understanding, and 15 minutes later at our home and solved the issue! (Broken pool-water-stopper) From now on this is my plumbing company to go! So friendly and professional, I really recommend them to everybody!

$345.00 to replace a vanity faucet? I did it myself 30.00 from Amazon and 1/2 hour labor.....I saved $315.00....Really $345.00??????

This is my third time using Valleywide plumbing and they never disappoint. The personnel are always very nice, knowledgeable, and honest.

I would highly recommend using a different plumbing service. The work that was done was fine but their price is outrageous. They charge a dispatch fee just to come out where they will then give you their upfront pricing. I will almost guarantee they will not give you a quote or estimate on common repairs over the phone. I live in a condo and the neighbor below me had water leaking from my unit into her ceiling. We believed it was from somewhere in my master bathroom. All the demo work had already been completed to her ceiling and all pipes were already exposed. I contacted George Brazil to come out and find out where the leak was and make repair. When they arrived they told me there would be an investigation fee of $225. The investigation consisted of me running my shower for about one minute and noticing no leak. I then flushed my toilet 2 times and we discovered that was where the leak was coming from. It took less than 5 minutes to investigate the leak and included no tearing out sheet rock or anything as I said all demo work had been done and ceiling was fully exposed already. They then quoted me the cost to have the repair done to my toilet which would be over $1,000 dollars including this investigation fee. I had to have the work done today as I am leaving town and did not want to leave my neighbor below in a bad spot with her ceiling torn apart. The actual toilet repair took one hour and ten minutes. The plumber lifted the toilet, replaced the flange, replaced the wax seal, and reset the toilet. The average cost for this according to different internet pricing and plumbers I have talked to would be maybe $250-$300 max with all parts and labor for professional installation. The parts alone are less than $50 and the plumber was at my residence for less than 2 hours. I was able to get the investigation fee waived so my grand total was $840 to do less than two hours of work. To be fully transparent, I agreed to what the cost would be upfront because as I said I needed the work done and did not want to leave my neighbor hanging. After investigating what the cost should have been and how ridiculously out of line this pricing was, I contacted them to see if there was anything they could do. They were no help. The work that was done was fine but their pricing is outrageous so I would highly highly highly suggest finding a different plumber to do your work. Maybe Parker and Sons or possibly a smaller mom and pop shop as well. Definitely find someone who will give you an estimate before coming to your place and some sort of price range before they charge you $70 just to drive out and drop a crazy price on you when they have you in a tight spot. Good luck and I hope your experience is better than mine! I definitely would not use George Brazil though. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Life saver. My technician was fantastic!

When I first called Steve, he was actually on a job and did not answer. When he called me back, I had already set up something with another plumber. When I told him who that other plumber was, Steve did not make me feel uncomfortable by trying to steal the business back. In fact, he said that he knew that other plumber personally and that he was a good, dependable guy. Steve's professionalism really stood out with me and his price & availability was the same as the plumber I hired. I think we will use Discount Rooter next time!

WARNING: I don’t understand how this company received any positive reviews but I would stay away. If they treat everyone like me it is your loss. I first requested a bid using their online forms. No one responded. I called a few days later and set up an appointment and no one showed up. I called them later that day and received a call back. I wanted to have installed a specific brand of tankless heater. The man said he never heard of the brand. He obviously made no effort to google it. I gave him the web site. He never called back. What a waste of my time on this incompetent company. I couldn’t give zero stars as I desired.
