Brandon was over and changed out an old bathroom exhaust fan. He was very professional and friendly. He was running ahead of schedule so called to see if he could stop by early. He cleaned up everything and made the whole process super easy.
I would recommend Sponte and will use them again in the future.

ATR was fantastic putting together some complicated furniture and hanging a couple of heavy rugs that required exact measurements and anchors. Before they left, I made sure to engage them for other handyman tasks, and now that I've found someone completely reliable, I'm planning a few major projects that I will use them for, as well. I had a couple light fixtures replaced. I love my new lights! The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He ensured the entire work was kept clean and my heavy furniture was all put back in place when the work was complete. Schedule was easy and convenient and I will be using them for all my projects.

If you need tile work done, this is the place to call! A big portion of my home's remodel project was tile flooring. I had fun picking out the tile for the first two rooms. But it quickly became overwhelming to try to keep a common theme going in all the rooms. I decided to call for help. As soon as Pattiann Jones stepped into my home, i knew I had made the right decision. Full of energy and ideas, Patti quickly put together a couple of designs for me to choose from. Her and her capable crew started immediately putting together my new floors. A few weeks later, I am now walking across beautiful new wood flooring, all thanks to An Affordable Hand. These guys are great. I had my first experience with them when my water heater broke and started flooding my house. I got their number from a friend and they were over within 10 minutes! They stopped the leak and had a new water heater installed the next day. I then had these guys completely re model my bathroom in my master bedroom and I must say they did one hell of a job. I am already sizing up my next project with them and i'm looking forward to seeing what else they can do for me.

Jeremy and his team showed up to assemble furniture, hang art and curtains, etc for my sister and I.
First of all, he is wonderful at communicating. (Answered all our emails promptly, which impressed us, as we live out of the country.)
His attention to detail is top notch. He is a perfectionist at getting things straight!
Above all, his attitude shines. He has a positive energy, and is pleasant to others.
We hope to hire him again for future jobs!

I would give Solarm City zero starts if I could. We got SCAMMED big time by this guy. We hired him through Task Rabbit. After estimating the job, he insisted he needed to take the job outside the ambit of Task Rabbit and charge us directly, through his own company. We didn't realize it at the time, but he did that in order to avoid any quality control/sanctions that might be available through Task Rabbit. He then started the job - which was to touch up baseboard paint - and proceeded to do a terrible job. Left the job half finished. When we asked him to return to finish up, he began threatening us. We thought ok, we'll just report him to the ROC. But Solarm City made it clear to us that the reason he broke up our payment into chunks less than $1000 each was because the ROC won't deal with any complaints less than $1000. He did that on purpose knowing it would prohibit us from being able to file a complaint. In the end, he made several threats against our safety, which was terrifying. I strongly advise you not to hire this scam artist. You will regret it.

I saw the before and after and I was stun in disbelief when I witnessed how much the house has developed. You can tell how passionate the employees were through their work. I would describe it as a work of art, made it more modern. Will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family
