Our technician Travis went straight to work to repair our outdoor faucet pipe that had broken within our cinderblock wall. The work was completed very professionally and Travis. Informed us every step along the way. We were very happy with the results.

Alex and his crew replaced a cast iron pipe in my home which was unexpected in May, 2020. All their crew were highly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. This was a very involved repair (2 days) and was done in an exceptionally clean and thorough manner. I had experienced a problem with roof rats prior to their visit and found that after, it was that breached pipe where they had been entering. Because the problem had been difficult to resolve, Alex and Brian offered to camera all the plumbing lines after they finished in order to check for any other problem areas - at no cost! They provided consistently exceptional service and professionalism, always being on time and completing their services very quickly and thoroughly. At every part of the process, they protected my home for cleanliness and replaced all furniture and even the patio plants! Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

have been to my unit FIVE times for the same issue. each time the guys show up confused, and leave without fully fixing the problem, saying they will be back next week. What a joke.

I am really pleased with the recent service I received from this company. I was having issues with a clogged toilet and a slow-draining bathtub. The team was able to swiftly offer an appointment. The plumber arrived the next day, assessed the situation, and advised us to begin by using them on the tub drain rather than resorting to more extreme measures. They cleared a hair blockage, and I've had no troubles in the last few weeks. I hope I don't need their services again very soon, but if I do, I'll surely call them.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.
