Best Air Conditioning Service And Replacement in Phoenix AZ

These guys were just terrible i called them on a routine pluggeg drain for a spcial they had for 69$ the plumber came out ran his snake through the main drain pipe and end up running the snake all the way up and through the toilet breaking the base of the toilet!!! The snake was literally flopping around inside the hall way of our house now the compant wont take responsibilty and even worse the techician is lying it was already broken i do not recommend these guys at all terrible company!!!! I am goingvto BBB andcreport them and taking them to court!!! Not to mention the plumber offered to fix toilet he broe for 750$ rediculous!!!!

Called at 11am Sunday explaining the shut off valve for the bathroom faucet was leaking (and the 1/4 turn dial broken). They do not charge extra for Sunday’s and would give an estimate once here.The plumber called me at 1pm saying he’s be here by 2pm. Arrived on time, gave an estimate that was on par with the other places I’d called but no additional Sunday fee.The job was done by 3pm and looks great. Am a very satisfied customer. Thanks to James for his professionalism as well as presenting the different options that were available. There was no upswell pressure but I appreciated the option explanation.

Donald was supposed to have someone come out on Monday morning with a camera to look in the line to see if they could find the wash cloth. No one showed up :( donald did a good job.

I had an exceptional experience with this company. Ramiro, Byanka and Kevin were all very respectful of my home. They were personable, friendly and very professional. They re-piped all the hot water lines in my attic and repaired drywall. I was told this could be up to a 3 day job but they got it done in 1 day. After the re-pipe and the drywall repair it looks just as it did the day we bought the home. You would never even know there was an issue. The texturing was perfect. I can't thank them enough. It was a very stressful road to travel with all the prior issues we had (not due to anything this company did) so sending the right people for this project was key to me. Ramiro, Byanka and Kevin I can't thank you enough! I would highly recommend them!

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

Great job Mike. The person who tried to install our new washer was unable to because of the old plumbing. We called Hays Plumbing and they sent Mike to take care of the problem.He was scheduled between 9:00 AM and 11 and got here a little before 9:00. He was great. Checked out what was needed. Explained what he was going to do and got to work. When he finished he hooked up my new washer and cleaned up the work area before he left. We would have him back for sure. Thanks Hays Plumbing and thanks Mike.

After trying several different companies over the past year we found Day & Night Air Conditioning. So far we have had a great experience dealing with them. Their technicians are professional and office staff and manager responsive to issues. They take the time and extra effort to make sure their customers are taken care of to the best of their ability! We would and have recommended them and plan on renewing our service agreement in the fall.

Returned call within 15 minutes and had a repairman at the house in under an hour. Tyler and Cameron were both professional and informative. Work was completed quickly and professionally.
