Best Air Conditioning Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Daniel came out to install a faucet, was quick with the work and good price. All turned out great and very pleased with the service.

Great company and people! Very knowledgeable and informative. They worked hard to get my new heat pump installed without the extra expense of a hiring a carpenter like another company told I would have to do to get the new unit in. They know their business and do it well! They may not be the cheapest company you can find but when I have something as important as new air conditioning installed I am happy to know that it is done right and backed up by a company that will be around if something should go wrong.

I had my house flood and the company sent someone out asap and solved the issue??

Second Opinion Plumbing were great! We were having issues with our hot water heater and it was time to be replaced. They were able to come to our home quickly and replaced our hot water heater in no time! They were very professional, affordable and easy to work with!

Highly satisfied. They called and confirmed the day before the appointment, the day of, and then to let me know when the tech was planning on arriving. The tech himself called when he was on his way. He was very professional, pointed out a couple of items that I might consider upgrading to in the future, but no hard sell. Professional and courteous. I will use Patrick Riley again.

Our shower hot and cold handles were leaking. Austin did a great job with both handles. The cold handle was only leaking, but Austin checked both. We had both replaced but both were old and lot of calcium on them. Austin was very professional, fast and did a excellent job. I will use Hays for my AC and plumbing needs and they do a great job. I would recommend Hays (and Austin) to any need AC or plumbing problems.

They are a scam and rip off.!
I paid a trip charge of $79.00.
I had a fauset handle that was loose and it needed to be tightened. Their charge was $325.00. Then I asked them to unscrew the cold water line and switch it with the hot water line under my sink. Their charge was another $325.00. I turned off the water under the sink and made the switch. It took 1 minute. I sent them packing and when they went down the road and looked back I was really smiling!!!!!
Take my word and money for it that it was the best $79.00 I ever spent to find out how bad this company is. If I asked them to unscrew a light bulb for me it was going to be $325.00.

The entire process, I felt like I was in good hands. The Elemental plumbers kept me informed every step of the way and made sure that I was satisfied with the service I received. They truly care about their customers and it shows in everything they do.

Donley Air is the best!! Steve was here in 25 min. On a Saturday, Holiday weekend and no appointment. He was very professional, polite, and on the roof in no time. After inspection he explained what was wrong. Steve gave me an affordable price that I could manage. This was quite a bit lower than previous other two offers and came with a year warranty? I gave them 5 Stars because 1. Steve listened to my problem, 2. Steve was concerned for my health because of the extreme heat outside. 3. Had someone here in less than 20 minutes. 4. Replaced my HVAC system in January 2021, just had the annual maintenance preformed by Don and I have to say he was very thorough. He had no problem with me hanging over his shoulder and explained everything so I would understand. I was very impressed with the install and annual service and would not hesitate to recommend Ace Home Services.
