We submitted a maintenance request through our apartment portal on Thursday, May 12 after some issues going on with our toilet.

I was contacted that afternoon by Aaron @ Plumbrite, who left me a quick, detailed message. I gave him a call back and he informed me that he had availability tomorrow morning - which is nearly unheard of! Aaron was on time and communicative about his arrival. After his initial inspection, he let me know what he saw and what he was going to go.

Within TWO HOURS the issue had been resolved and Aaron was out of the door. What incredibly professional, clean & respectful service. Would 10/10 recommend Aaron and the team at Plumbrite.

George Brazil Services technician Michele J came to our home today to complete a routine check up of our heating and cooling system. Michele called to let us know what time she would arrive and arrived at the exact time. She was knowledgeable and professional of her duties. She preformed the inspection and let us know the results. Michele was able to contact the manufacturer and change out a part that was not preforming correctly. Its great to know when it hits 115 degrees this summer we have a capable company in George Brazil and its employee Michele J to call if needed.

We hired Chad three times and were happy every time. The first job was a small installation that my husband didn't feel like doing. Chad's price including installation was much lower than we expected it to be. (I hope he made money). So latter when we had trouble with our water filtration system we called him again. We thought that we needed a new system and were ready to buy one. But Chad found a small problem in it and fixed it. If he was dishonest he could have sold us a new system but he didn't. Then we hired him again to do another recent job. He worked fast efficient and clean. We couldn't be happier with his services.

Dispatch coordinator was amazing called 30 min before tech arrival like requested. Mason was upfront about cost very direct and to the point. He was able to resolve our issue at one of our local sites with no hesitation. Always called to provide an update and he didn’t back away from the challenge. Nice clean work. That’s what we like and what we are looking for.Thank you again.

These two saved me a large headache and solved my issue within 24 hours after another plumber worked on it for over a week, resulting in more issues. This company is great. When we have had a pipe break during termite treatment they were on the spot. During bathroom and kitchen remodeling AJ and his dad helped us as needed. If so.ething goes wrong they fix it, very dependable, knowledgeable.

Paul worked on rerouting water lines for our kitchen remodel as well as laundry room reconnect. Paul was professional and performed quality work in a timely manner. Would highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

have been to my unit FIVE times for the same issue. each time the guys show up confused, and leave without fully fixing the problem, saying they will be back next week. What a joke.

I used to love this company. Since it merged with whatever company, their service is terrible! I have a maintenance plan that's a joke. They reschedule the maintenance indefinitely. We bought 2 water heaters from them, one hybrid, one regular. The hybrid breaks down at least twice a year and once it's out of warranty the repair costs are ridiculous! Move on, look for someone else. Don't waste your time and money. The more you spend, the worse customer service is.

Dave is an expert plumber and truly professional. He did a great job replacing my shower head, faucet and shower valve. He showed amazing skill when cutting through wall to fix the shower valve and fitted a perfect access door necessary to deal with future problems. Smart, friendly and approachable I definitely recommend.

Came out for initial call from warranty. Then would be return my calls when I was ready for the work to be done. Thankfully I had not paid them anything.

This was the first time I used Walker Plumbing. I received their information as a preferred partner from the Rosie on the House site. Jody was the tech who did an outstanding job reviewing my issue with the water heater and quickly identifying a solution. This required a tank replacement. Jody went out of his way to go pick one up in Tempe, and returned within the hour. He had it installed within 30 minutes. Very fast, efficient and friendly at a very reasonable price. I will be using Walker for all my future plumbing needs.

I had a water leak in my daughters bedroom wall. After calling 3 different companies to get a quote, Aqua Pro Plumbing Co was the only one on time, they took the time to explain the process to me and they came in with a quote that beat both the others.
