A few years ago I installed 2 high-efficiency HVAC systems in my home with super efficient Merv 16 filters. I purchased the high end filters because I have allergies. What I did not realize though is that they would be kind of expensive to replace and hard to get locally. I found the specific filters that I need for my systems on her Hobaica's website. Even though I am in North Carolina they shipped them to me. I ordered them on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday. The order and tracking information was great. It was just like buying from Amazon. I was able to use a coupon code and even sign up for additional savings by signing up for auto shipping. I will now receive these two filters every six months. One less thing to worry about. I just wish they would drive 2.,000 miles to install them in my attic and crawlspace. I really lika Hobaica!

John did a good job of putting things back together, which had not been done on previous services. Previous services performed by Goettl seem to produce adequate performance from our two units.

However, talking with John had me doubting his training. At least he called someone for guidance.

True to form, the tech tried to sell me more maintenance at several $100s to $1000s. The Goettl techs do this every time they come out to perform the spring and fall services.

The only reason we keep going back is that when bought our units from them they gave us 10 years of free, twice a year services. Most of the time they have tried to say we don't have the 10-year free service agreement until we bring out the receipt and have to argue with them for a bit.

When Matt arrived he was very polite and professional. He explained why he was there and asked if we had any questions that he could answer for us. We asked about thermostat options and he showed us what he had on the truck and explained some options. My wife, Marsha, and I discussed it and decided we could not afford it at this time saying that if it ain't broken, don't fix it. Matt performed a full A/C system inspection and explained what he found and showed us pictures. He discussed options with us and gave us the costs associated with those options, very reasonable considering the alternatives. Matt was very polite during his entire visit and while in the house he wore the little booties even after we said he did not have to, he said it's part of my job, gotta do it. Matt is the sort of technician that I would call back to my home any time, polite, professional and a very good sense of humor. Very much appreciated in these difficult times.

We had them out to install a water softener. They were on time and VERY professional!
I was skeptical about this item, BUT my husband wanted it. The first few showers I took I felt oily, I thought maybe it wasnt for me, but then realized it was a CLEAN feeling I was having! I am in LOVE with it now! Less water usage for everything, which for a family of 4 is HUGE. Your hair is softer and fuller, your skin is silky and smooth and laundry seems to be cleaner than ever before!

We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for. He was professional, kind, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We will definitely use Walker Plumbing in the future!

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

Jimmy and his guys are the best. You will not meet better and more polite people to take care of your HVAC needs. Love these guys!

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

EXTREMELY pleased with our experience with 911 this week - we have nothing but nice things to say after they did an actual 911 fix for us at our house in Gilbert! The AZ dust storms have been nonstop at night and the heat has been relentless - so naturally as AZ likes to do with 115 degree temps our AC went out and it climbed to 87 degrees in our house in a matter of hours! We were really freaking out because we have a small child and didn't know how long we would have to wait to get an HVAC service here to check our unit.

Darryl - the owner - was on top of his game though! We called late in the evening when this happened and the owner himself came by since he the biz was so slammed with AC calls the he didn't have any available trucks or techs to come by. I couldn't believe it!! Darryl stopped by, figured out the issue was a bad filter and a frozen unit, and not only fixed the issue to get us back up and running but sat and monitored the meters for 45 minutes on the unit until he was 100% certain that everything was running as it should. After everything was fixed, he came in the house and showed me the numbers - even took the time to explain what every number on the meter meant, what numbers he wanted the unit to be hitting before he was comfortable leaving, and went into detail about how the unit works.

I can safely say - as I type this in my very comfortable 73 degree house - that you should not hesitate to call 911 when you need any kind HVAC service!!
