I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Ralph and nuflow were awesome to work with. Although I ultimately didn’t end up using their services I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future. Ralph made it out to my house within a few days of my inquiry and did a very professional examination of the pipes I needed repaired. He put together a report and I had an estimate in two days. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. Technician came out to flush our tankless water heater. I asked him several questions on water softeners and filtration systems.He was very professional and courteous in answering all my questions and pricing. Even standing in the hot garage to do so. We had a pipe burst in our home recently. Bob McKeen from Reddi Services responded to the situation and was able to get it fixed for us. He came to our home twice and both times he was prompt and efficient. He kept his work area very clean even though he had to go into the walls to get to the pipes. He was very careful to test the work after it was done to make sure it fixed the problem. I was very pleased with the work he did. Bob was able to turn a major inconvenience into a good experience. Had Cooper's come out to pump sceptic tank out on an older system, as a mater of routine maintenance. Chad was able to show up the same day I called and spent a lot of time explaining what the code is and how ours is designed, he worked very hard to open up the inspection cover and took the time to show us what to look for. Coopers Sewer & Drain will be the only ones I will call for any septic service. Very pleased with the work Chad did for us.

The drain between my kitchen and laundry room was clogged so I called one call plumbing, and wow was I impressed. Todd was here 15 minutes (not kidding) after I called them. Their prices were extremely fair and the service I received from Todd G. was top-notch. Todd got my drain cleared out in under 20 minutes and I'm happy to report everything is back in normal working condition. I will certainly use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

This company was very responsive and went right to work on my drain issue however it was like a bull in a china factory and no regard for the destruction they did. But that was not the major issue. It was and has been getting them to respond to my insurance adjuster and claim they filed on my behalf to settle the claim. When the adjuster calls the office they are told someone will call It’s been almost 2 months and still no response. They got there money immediately. I just want my settlement and be done with it and them. Don’t trust what they say about taking care of the claim

We had an amazing experience getting our entire house repiped, both cold and hot. David, Cameron, and MJ worked their butts off to get the huge job done in just 2 days! They were incredibly respectful in our home; they put plastic down and vacuumed up their mess. All of these workers are just great guys- even my dog loved them. Highly recommend.

Awesome service!! Even threw in some extra work on some initially unnoticed issues for free. About $400 cheaper for the same work vs Stirling Plumbing. They did all the work in one day, literally, 8AM to 8PM plus two hours the next day, while Stirling just did two things in the two hour time slot. The bathroom leak appeared to have bee happening for some time (had all the emergency valves replaced and not just the leaking one because none of them worked) and he helped get hooked up with the mold people and helped him make the initial insurance interactions a breeze
