My experience with George Brazil plumbing was God awful I was charged 710$ for one leaky pipe for 45 minutes of work unbelievable would not recommend them unless you have money to burn very upsetting 710$.

Techs were kind and kind nothing awful to say on the work and quality. As far as scheduling I’ve had to wait 2 weeks for a tech to come out and troubleshoot. looked fine. Then the system froze again and had to wait another week for a tech to come and tell me I have a short on the thermostat wire that runs to the condensing unit. Now I’ve been quoted for 700$ to run a 50ft give or take cable in the attic and have to wait another two weeks. I declined, horrible scheduling and quoting. That wire can be ran for a maximum in material for 100$. I understand there is labor involved but 600$ in labor that would take a maximum of 2 hours is outrageous.

our water heater failed very suddenly and filled the man cave with water. They were here 15 minutes after the call and had a new water heater installed in a could hours. They are so nice and professional. Honestly, they turned my fear of all the damage into just a little inconvenience. They were my angels that came to save me. They were also less expensive.

Had to close the shut off valve of my home's main water supply to do a small DIY plumbing repair. Unfortunately, it went belly up when I went to open it back up, leaving me with no water. Luckily, I had saved Tutko Plumbing in my contacts years ago after being happy with their service. AJ was quick to rearrange their afternoon schedule so I wouldn't have to go another night without water. He was courteous, communicative, and made quick work of replacing the old valve with a more reliable ball valve and swapping out my old crusty hose bib, too. Took them 10 hours to show up, and 2 hours to fix an issue are my apt complex... Meanwhile I was continuously vacuuming waste water that was backing up into my tub and on the floor coming from under the toilet. 12 hours of vacuuming and dumping other people's waste water for 12 hours... No one cared one bit.

We’ve used Charity Plumbing numerous times dealing with old plumbing in our 1950’s home. Weather it was addressing major issues like replacing our sewer lines or a simple leak they’ve always been respectful and responsive to our needs and budget.
