Best Plumbing System ? in Phoenix AZ

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

Chris and Chad came out on a Saturday morning to locate the leak in our water main going from the street to our home. Then Chris and Kaleb dug down and made the necessary repair. I appreciated the excellent communication (and pictures) during the process. Highly recommend!

Woke to toilet water running Didn’t know what to do after reading reviews & research about company I decided To go with roto-rooter and I couldn’t be happier they were at my house within an hour of my call tech was courteous Professional and very respectful gave me option with no pressure and fixed my issue I have a new toilet and no running water they are reasonable in price I am very satisfied if you want peace of mind call roto-rooter they are now my go to guys for all my plumbing needs I highly recommend thanks roto-rooter :)

When I first called Steve, he was actually on a job and did not answer. When he called me back, I had already set up something with another plumber. When I told him who that other plumber was, Steve did not make me feel uncomfortable by trying to steal the business back. In fact, he said that he knew that other plumber personally and that he was a good, dependable guy. Steve's professionalism really stood out with me and his price & availability was the same as the plumber I hired. I think we will use Discount Rooter next time!

Very Happy with there work

If I could give 6 stars, I would. They gave me an estimate on a installing a Toto toilet and removing a bidet and toilet. I'm sure it took more time than they thought but the bill was exactly what they said and the work product was excellent. They also installed a laundry room sink and did a great job. And they recommended an electrician and a dry wall guy who both did great work at a fair price. I HIGHLY recommend.

Tech Nic came on time and and accurately diagnosed the problem. He estimated the project and told us how it would cost. Tech Nic corrected the trouble with minimal restoration required. Outstanding plumber. I learned a lot from him.

Great service. Kept me up to date on each step of the process.

Showed up 5 hours late for an 8 to 12 window. Leaving and entire apartment complex with no water at peak time around 4pm to 6pm.

Jared and Jordan came out to clear a clogged main and turns out it was roots growing through the pipe! They had a camera snake so they could show me and pin point exactly where they needed to dig! Great company and the 2 plumbers they sent Jared and Jordan were on time, extremely professional and clean. They even took the time to clean the shower tubs and toilets when they were finished!! The best plumber I've dealt with in Phoenix az hand down!

Generally, they are really good folks. Issue I had is it took them 2 tries to fix my main water line and couldn't come back until a few days later for the rework, so giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

Very informative during the process. First time ever having a plumber come to the home. It was a good experience.

Byanka and Ramiro worked great as a team. They were efficient, cleaned up after the job every day and their work is awesome. You would never know we had our house re-piped! I would highly recommend Arizona Integrity Plumbing.
