Without fail, John has been taking care of all our plumbing and drain backups. Our home was built in 1950 so the old pipes and drains need a lot of tender loving care. We appreciate CLW attentiveness to our special needs!

Was simply calling to get a quote for service. Nothing urgent and was told that someone would call me back two days in a row. If they were not interested in the work, all they had to do was say so. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a good sign for any business to ignore their customers.

Showers and toilets clogged the night before going on vacation. My neighbors use George Brazil so I decided to call them. They sent Mike S out. He arrived exactly 45 minutes later, just like they told me. From the start Mike was out going, smiling, in a great mood for someone who was called away from his family to help us. He looked at what we had and gave me my options and the cost for each. He is very professional, very polite, very clean and he knows his job very well. Discount Rooter is the greatest. Steve showed up on time and did a great job solving a simple plumbing issue. The price was reasonable and he was very polite, fast and efficient in solving the stopped drain problem. A great plumber and a nice person. I will call Discount Rooter again any time I need a drain clean service.

We used their service last year for our west side water heater and they did a great job at a reasonable price. When our east side water heater went down, we called them and they were here the same day! They did a great job, and again at a fair price. Highly recommended!!

Paradise Valley Plumbing's plumber is not only a professional person you can trust but he constantly exceeds our expectations inclusive of a reasonable price, that you do not know with any service until it is all performed. He more than satisfies us with not only the job called for but checking other items prior to his departure. We have had him a few times and each and every one is exceptional.

Carl and Logan were great. got along with our loud and obnoxious dogs, and had all the parts on hand to work our combi unit on the roof. They were knowledgeable and were able to get technical with me when I had specific engineering questions about the fix and upgrade of my compressor motor, including monitoring the current draw before and after repair procedures and showing me the replaced parts. I always appreciate an honest and respectful technician, and these guys were that.

Took them 10 hours to show up, and 2 hours to fix an issue are my apt complex... Meanwhile I was continuously vacuuming waste water that was backing up into my tub and on the floor coming from under the toilet. 12 hours of vacuuming and dumping other people's waste water for 12 hours... No one cared one bit.
