Best Water Softener Install in Phoenix AZ

Wow! What a great recommendation they will be for you! I have a friend who is a plumber. He is out of town so I hire @ChristianBrothersPlumbing. They quote me $1500 for a P-Trap replacement in the wall. Called Laszlos plumbing and they hooked it up! They came to do a snake job for me (I intended to install the new P-Trap myself) but Zultan was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful that I just asked him to do the install for me. Within an hour he completed the job better than the work Cristian Brothers has done for me in the past. And... for only a few hundred in comparison. Literally 1/4 the price. So thankful I found then on Google on a whim today! Thanks guys!

Our kitchen faucet died and we bought a new one, needing someone to install it within 2 days. Aaron worked us into his schedule, doing a tremendous job. Scottin showed up at the scheduled time. He was very professional and friendly. He did the work that I had requested and explained what was the cause of the problem. What I also liked and was VERY pleased about was that Scottin did not try and sell me anything (water softener, water heater, etc.) he just did the job requested. I will definitely use George Brazil again for any plumbing needs.

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

Chad has been our plumber for over 15 years. He is responsible, honest, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have referred him to all of our friends and we have always been happy with him.

They helped me out on such short notice and went above and beyond what was requested. highly recommend!

This company is amazing!! They were able to come out to my house the same day I called. They were on time and provided a fair price to replace a water heater!! They were a fraction of the cost compared to other companies!! I cannot recommend them enough!!

Had to get two toilets repaired and within a few hours of posting the job, I got a response and call personally from the business owner. He was courteous, professional, efficient, and up front about everything he was doing. He fixed one toilet and then for no charge, replaced a valve ring on a second toilet. He helped turn down my water heater as well. All this with a smile and willingness to help. Will use again in the future, 100%!

We had a leak on our side of the water meter and Jason from Johnco responded first thing the next morning and did fantastic work in not just throwing a band aid style repair on it but fixing it right and elevating the water meter so it was no longer resting on pipes. That's how work should be done these days and too frequently isn't. I would highly recommend Johnco Pulmbing!

My kitchen sink faucet was leaking and I was referred to One Call Plumbing Services for help. Kyle was great, he got back to me right away and was super easy to work with. He installed a new faucet quickly, eliminating any stress I had about the situation. I could tell the company and their workers take pride in their work.

Ron Sorensen arrived on time for initial call. He diagnosed problem, had me call Raheem for part, and came back today to install part. A truly professional, customer centric service man. He is an asset to Sunstate Plumbing, and I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Pluses: I called for a non-emergency replacement of our water heater with a very slow leak and company scheduled for later that day. Don serviced our home. He was timely, professional, and did a quality installation.

Minuses: For a company that ONLY does water heaters you would think their prices would be better than most. Price quoted over the phone did NOT include new water flexes/ball valve and refitting T/P line.
It is my understanding those items are routinely replaced when installing a new water heater so should have been included in the stated price. To me that is like getting a quote for an oil change only to find out later that it did not include price for oil filter or labor (which are standard) so somewhat of a bait and switch. Research after the fact revealed that price was also at the top of the normal range...so no savings here. Had I spent a few more minutes doing an internet search, I would have found a reliable independent solo company and had the work done at a cost that was easily $300 to $500 less. HOWEVER, people that have had emergencies left reviews that they were very pleased with prices (I'm sure they were excellent compared to the big time advertisers such as Parker & Sons or George Brazil where you are paying for their advertising costs).

Bottom line: If you want quality and timely service at a good price AND experiencing an emergency, Water Heaters Only, Inc. is probably your best bet. If your situation is NOT an emergency, I suggest you find a quality independent/solo plumber who also only does work with water heaters and pocket the savings.
