Hero Home Services has been fabulous. I have used them twice to unclog a toilet. Each time they were reliable, friendly and conscientious. The second time my plumber, Devon, was concerned we might have a issue farther down the drain, so he came back the following week (free of charge) with his manager to inspect it with a camera. He ruled out that concern and gave us great peace of mind. I recommend them!!!

I would highly recommend this service, as I definitely will in my HOA, which I have been a volunteer in for over 17yrs.

We needed valves under the kitchen sink replaced so that we could have a new dishwasher put in. We also needed the faucet replaced since the old one was trashed. We've known that all of the valves in the house were in terrible shape (15+ years old) and needed to be replaced. So, we decided to do it all at once. David and Brad came out and completed the work for us immediately. They were professional, thorough, and did an amazing job

Well organized company that cares about the work they do

I am a snow bird, so trust over the phone is important. We had, what we thought was a main water line break on a Saturday, with guests in our house. Michael, come out on Sat, in an hour of my call, turned the water off and planned to come back Tuesday to dig, after calling for utilities to be marked. When he arrived on site, he found after doing little to no digging that it was a gasket cracked on the water meter, which he could have charged me to replaced, how would I know, Im in WI. However instead he called the city utility who will repair for free and reqursted Emergancy service since we had no water! Michael was great to work with and saved me a ton of money. We haved owed in AZ for 5 years now, and only use Patrick Riley for plumbing and HVAC! Totally trust them!!

My management company for the house I'm leasing called Charity to come fix a behind the wall leak. He did a fantastic job and cut the hole so perfect he could put it back with the crack and you would barely notice. The house on coulter thanks you.

Right side of sink not draining. He explained cause, opened drain and gave me future options. I trust his work after experiencing much less competent plumbers.

Called about 1hr ago asking for service on my mobile home and the lady said she'd check if they work on mobile homes and she'd call me right back 20min later when I got no call back I called Emergency Plumbing they were at my house ready to work literally less than 10min of calling them and at 11am the job was done (fastest service ever only took 30min!!)

Great job Mike. The person who tried to install our new washer was unable to because of the old plumbing. We called Hays Plumbing and they sent Mike to take care of the problem.He was scheduled between 9:00 AM and 11 and got here a little before 9:00. He was great. Checked out what was needed. Explained what he was going to do and got to work. When he finished he hooked up my new washer and cleaned up the work area before he left. We would have him back for sure.
