Best Plumbing System ? in Phoenix AZ

We had a major back up in our main drain on a Sunday 3 days after another company unclogged our drain 3 days before. We had overflowing bathrooms everywhere. I called 2 other big companies that gave me a very wishy washy timeline on when they would be able to come. We had a birthday party for our 9 year old son in a few hours and were expecting about 25 guests. I called Simon and left a voice mail. He texted me in a few minutes saying he would call me soon. He called me quickly back and when I explained the problem and the upcoming event, he immediately offered to drive over. He was there in less than 30 minutes. Immediately looked for the clean outs, first gave me an estimate before starting his work. We didn't know where all the clean outs were so he had to climb the roof and find the main to unclog the blockage. He went above and beyond. He saved the day before guests arrived. I would have to have canceled the birthday party if he had not showed up. He even checked in this morning to make sure we had no issues after the event. He has a customer for life. Thanks Simon!

I got on google to find a plumber and i found these guys they are 24 hrs and came out in 15 mins the plumber found the problem right away got the job done swiftly. He billed me for only the service call of 49.99 i will call them in case of any emergencies in the future these guys are trully what i expected and more.

I have found working with Lindsey and Christian to be a pleasure. I had them out to scope my house to ensure no issues. I've also referred them to numerous clients with amazing results. Textbook bait-and-switch



Long story but here it goes:



I hired Quail Plumbing to install a gas line for a new cooking top. The plumber came to take a look and quote the job. It was already suspicious that the plumber was in a van marked Scottsdale Plumbing. He looked at the location where the line needed to be installed and give me a quote (8 hours of work).



I scheduled for the work to be done one week later. This is where the problems started.



The plumber came and immediately started complaining that he didn't have his van and his equipment, that he would have to go to the store to buy a level, etc.

Next he started complaining that the drywall wasn't removed. During his visit a week earlier he didn't mention anything about this.

Next he started complaining about the connections to the water heater (which hadn't changed from the week before, when he quoted the job)

So all in all, before he even started he spent about 20 minutes complaining about the job.



I ended up having to lend him my level so he could get started.



Next he took out the water heater and started ripping out the drywall. He came and got me and started complaining again how this was going to be a lot of work. He got all upset of how the copper and gas lines were sitting in the wall, how he would have to drill through studs (like he didn't know this already before). Apparently the gas line went to the attic and he couldn't see where it went. To make a long story short he asked me how he had to do his job. He also told me I would have to remove all the drywall from floor to ceiling on one wall in the kitchen.



Next he told me to think about it and he would reschedule if I agreed with the extra work: textbook bait and switch.



This is where I got upset and told him I got other tradesman scheduled and I could not wait a week to get this done. Again he started complaining at which point I told him that I just wanted the work done the same day as he told me he could do a week earlier. I also told him that I didn't care if it took him longer as long as the work was done the same day. I thought this was it and he would get the stuff done the same day. This is were it got interesting...



At this point he left and called the office. A minute later I got a call from someone whose name I can only assume is Karen. She asked me if I had been verbally abusive. To which I said replied No, then she asked me if was swearing. To which I answered No. (This plumber would probably be the first man in history with tattoos over his neck and hands who is offended by swearing). Then she asked me if I wanted to reschedule for next week. At which point I told her I wanted the work done this day as I thought that was what was agreed 5 minutes earlier with the plumber. There was no reason at all for her to get involved.



After some back an forth she had the gall to tell me to shut up while she was speaking and didn't want to listen to anything that I said. Every time I tried to say something she would interrupt me and didn't want to hear anything about the unprofessional behavior of the plumber. Apparently the customer is always wrong with Quail Plumbing. When she was done with her diatribe I told her that I would like to call my mommy too to help me out and defend my case, just like the plumber called his mommy (aka the office Karen). Needless to say Karen didn't like this and was offended.



She decided there and then that they were not going to do the job and that I needed to look for another plumber to get the gas line done.



Good riddance Quail (or is it Scottsdale Plumbing?).

Had a very tricky block in my pipe, which took 3 visits to diagnose and unclog. The team; particularly Jared and Bobby, were fabulous. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! They were tenacious, and didn't charge for repeat visits. Customer service was outstanding

I had a mysterious water leak in my garage, Chris with Plumbers of Maricopa responded quickly, was professional and thorough in his evaluation. Once the source of the leak was determined Chris and his team quickly repaired it. It's nice to have a local professional plumbing service to depend on! Thanks Chris!

Fixed upstairs toilet and downstairs toilet, the repairs made both toilet like new.

Zoltan the technician was professional and if possible repairing toilets immaculate.

I would not use any other plumbing service..

I operate a bunch of short & long term condo rentals in an old 1964 building/high-rise downtown, and have always had a hard time finding reliable, timely, plumbers to get work & repairs done their for my tenants. Since I have started using Hero Home Services, I have been impressed by their professionalism and timely service. Highly recommend!

Alex, the owner, returned my call to ask what I needed his help with concerning my water heater. After a brief conversation he explained he could help but suggested I go buy the tool myself which would save me over $100. I thanked Alex for his honesty and suggestion.

They are amazing. We were having a family gathering and out of the blue my kitchen was under water due to pipe being broken. I immediately looked up a plumbing company on google and called them up. They were super professional and after talking with them, I immediately felt at ease.
