I called the same day and they quickly sent someone out right away to check on my problem. I was surprised at how communicative they were through out the day on when the tech would be out to the house which I appreciated. Once the tech arrived which again was on time he was polite and very knowledgable. The tech did not try to nickle and dime us which another place we recently got a quote from did. Oliver was our skilled plumber that identified where our external side hose was leaking inside the wall and fixed it quickly. The new faucet and line are high quality and adjusted exactly how we wanted. The cuts made into the house and inside were precise so that the stucco and drywall will be simple to repair. We plan to use Oliver for another job we got an estimate on while he was here. Highly recommended!

When my parents had a tub faucet fail, their neighbor suggested calling American Discount Plumbing. Paul came the same day and installed a cartridge to fix their issue. When I saw how he treated my parents, his number went in my phone as the person to call. So when my hot water heater went out, Paul came to get us back on track affordably, even coming after 7 p.m. to finish the project. We are grateful.

Try to call them up for a appointment to get a estimate first time they screw up the date and set another time and date and once again nobody showed up .I would not recommend them since they can not keep a appointment time and show up and twice I waited at home for nothing

Alliance Plumbing was in my apartment complex making some repairs today, and as the workers were leaving, a young man named Tory saw me struggling to carry a bookcase by myself - I was making it a few feet before having to stop, then another few feet, stop, etc. He was nice enough to offer to carry it, and took it all the way up the stairs to my second floor apartment. He was super gracious about the whole thing, and you just don't meet a lot of people who are willing to go out of their way to help a stranger out like that... He didn't ask for this review either, I felt compelled to make it.

I came across this card and I remember Freddy took good care of me . He cleaned our ducts and washed my coil. He came back again just the other month and checked my heat it's so warm now. I tell all my friends to use Freddy he is a very nice kid . Thank you Freddy .

Very pleased with my entire interaction with Jack Plumbing. I contacted 3 plumbers about scheduling the installation of faucets after our new countertops were installed. I got a call back within 10 minutes of contacting Jack . They were able to move up my appointment when the countertops were ready earlier than expected. The plumber was young, but the owner was in and out to give tips and help out as needed in the middle of his busy morning. The work was much better than if I had tried to do it myself and they stuck to the price they quoted me on the phone.

Jose Geuvera was there when he said he would be. He was professional and personable (like your friendly neighbor). He went above and beyond in installing my new Ro system and making sure all the plumbing in my kitchen worked. He even came back himself to finish when we had to call the manufacturer of my faucet for a special part only available from them. I would recommend him and Penguin Air and Plumbing any day.

We called Sunny Plumber to replace the valve in our bathtub. The technician showed up on time, the same day we made the appointment and he was very well mannered and answered all our questions. Also the price was competitive. Overall a great experience.
