Zack and his apprentice were excellent and a pleasure to work with. Our hot water heater was 10 years old and in need of replacement. Zack took the time to explain all of the options and was extremely patient answering our questions. They had a new water heater immediately available and the job was done in just over an hour. We even had another issue - we forgot to mention when we booked our appointment - and Zack took care of that too - no questions asked.Work was done to our total satisfaction, everything cleaned up and Zack took his time explaining ongoing maintenance requirements for the new equipment.They were fast, professional and courteous. After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

Paul did a awesome job. He went the extra mile to get the job done right.

I was devastated to have the water heater go down on the 23rd of December. Johnathan came over, reviewed the problem and returned on Dec. 24th to replace the water heater. Tyler was quite a friendly professional. He was great about explaining what steps he needed to take. He was very polite and considerate. He was able to install the Flo By Moen water flow meter/shutoff system for me in a tight space rather than tear through the drywall. Excellent service.

Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

Moon Valley is great!! I needed pipes rearranged in my bathroom and they did a great job. The gentleman that came out worked really fast and was out in no time.
