Best And Repair in Phoenix AZ

Friday morning, I woke up to find that I had a clog in my house's main line - a recurring issue for me, due to a belly in the line that results in a clog around once a year or so - and when my usual plumber wasn't available, I called around for an another plumber. I talked to several that either 1) don't do this work, or 2) weren't available that day. I finally found Simon, who promised to come that same afternoon. I was impressed by his responsiveness and clear communication. I also was impressed by his perfect 5-star rating over 200+ reviews. It turns out that his rating is well deserved! Simon texted me when he was on his way, and arrived at exactly his promised time. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, and is very thorough in his work. And his price is very reasonable. I will happily vouch for his professionalism and integrity, and give the highest recommendation.

Great experience. Came out on a Sunday night. Didn't leave until the job was done. Great professionalism Jesse and his parter showed. Affordable and trust worthy would recommend to any one.

The staff was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Alan was a great person and suggested us the most suitable solution for recovering our plumbing issue. Will definitely use them in future.

Very poor service, a simple kitchen faucet leak that was ultimately fixed in seconds, ( a simple screw tightening) took weeks as we were told to wait for a part that we never saw and apparently that was not needed!

In the mean time we couldn’t use our dishwasher or the faucet or even the RO as all water was shut off

The Ist tech focused on potential mold damage and promptly called the restoration company who arrived within the hour and gave us a potential $3000 estimate to rip off cabinets under the island and clean up! ( we opted to use fans for 36 hours to dry up the area)

Cancelling American home shield warranty because of this poor experience as they were the ones who sent Pruitt plumbers

Next time paying out of pocket, and hope for more competent same day service

Peerless Plumbing is a wonderful company. They were able to help us out on short notice when our sewer backed up. Very professional and great to work with. We will definitely use them again!!

Water was leaking in the house and through out side wall. Other plumbers just speculated & quoted outrageous prices. PAC man plumber found the issue! Fix it! In no time! Price was more than fair.

So impressed, I called him back to remove my water heater from the laundry room & install on the

outside of my home to create more space. Wow! These guys are the best!!

Walt did another superb job. Had to replace handle cartridges in shower & tub and they were a mess. They are now like brand new. Last time he changed out the insides of both toilet tanks and they are still working well. He has kept the plumbing in my home working well for over 25 years and he does quality work with quality parts. Thank you so much for always going the extra step to make sure the job is well done.

This is a pleasantly surprising update. Last week Bobby from Rooter Ranger came by my house to discuss my issues w/ them. He sat & really listened & never made any excuses for the previous guy's mistaken diagnosis of my plumbing. He went on to say the company would be issuing me a full refund & apologized for what happened.

I'm pleased & impressed. Not too many people or companies today willing to admit their mistake & make it right.



I gave this review 6 months ago after Rooter Ranger charged me $500 to camera & hydro jet my kitchen drains from vent on roof to help open drains up for flow. What I omitted was the fact that his original quote was $550. When I told him that was out of my budget he went on to say most companies would charge more & perhaps I could find a company to charge less but his company's prices were right in line with average. I was still uncertain when he finally said, O.K. We'll do it for $500 IF you give us a good review on google & yelp.

6 months later & my plumbing problem returned with a vengeance. I took some comfort in the fact that Rooter Ranger gave me a 1 year warranty on the work.



Not quite! More gibberish & Rooter Ranger now wanted $2,000 to really fix the problem. But to help you out I'll subtracted the $500 you paid on previous work & charge you ONLY $1,500.



Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.



This time I called Apache Plumbing. Robert told me plain & simple, the main sewer line was plugged. After going up on the roof & looked for a main drain clean-out fitting, which I didn't have. H went on to run the washing machine through the spin cycle several times while flushing all the toilets simultaneously to watch where & how much water was backing up into guest bathroom tub.

Spending a total of almost 2 hours he roto rooted main line pipe 20 ft. from the roof & clear tree roots. Problem solved, though if it ever clogs again he recommended camera & installing clean outs.

The Bill- $113.50 which included a 10% senior citizen discount.

Robert's honesty & his company's integrity truly make Apache Plumbing Services THE best plumbing company in the greater Phoenix area.

I regret letting Rooter Ranger coerce me into writing the review I did for them.
