I was able to get a septic tank pumping appointment within a couple of days. I was happy to pay a fee for them to dig, I'm getting too old for all of that. The technician was very professional, he also looked in to see if I had a single or double chamber tank because part of it is under a concrete slab. Good information to know for future intervals. I highly recommend this company's services.

Simon was fantastic. Called him at 3:20pm and he was here by 4pm. Got the clog taken care of quickly, and he generously provided additional tips for unrelated plumbing matters for preventative maintenance. From a minor job to a major job they can do it all. I will definitely use them again if i have any other problems. Also im going to reffer them to all my friends and family. I got qoutes in a few different places and they were the best value. They use quality pipe here and best of all gave me 50 yrs of warranty. All employees came in wearing their mask and explained everything clearly before starting any work.

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great!

The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date.

During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly.

Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.

Installed a Rinnai Tankless for over $1000 cheaper than quoted from a highly ranked plumber. Lennard and crew did a high quality job in a timely manner. Team took time to explain the various steps even to the point of explaining how the condensate drain worked and why the exhaust needed to be PVC instead of metal.

These guys were hard working, competent, fair, and professional, showed up 10 min early. Highly recommend. They dug up a hack job sewer splice in my backyard when it was 112° and fixed it in an afternoon while I watched from the A/C. Got the recommendation from my dad and he was right. I'll call these guys every time I need a plumber!

Our old water heater suddenly started leaking late on a Friday night and I was very thankful Water Heaters Only was able to send out a technician on the very next day (Saturday) to install a new heater. Trevor E. was the installer and he was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. He was prompt, courteous and carefully explained why he upgraded several fittings/plumbing fixtures. All in all, a great job!!

Flush King set a time but the assigned plumber (Mike) called and said he would be delayed due to a difficult job. It was no problem; I appreciated being kept informed of the delay. To my surprise, Tom (who I had talked with to set up the appointment) said he was on his way and would be there within 20 minutes and within the original time frame. What service! Tom was very friendly and professional. The job got done. :-)
