Our 14 year old water heater gave out and we needed it replaced. Vance came out and was super informative and thorough. I had some questions about tankless water heaters and he was very clear in what needed to be done in order to get one installed. Peerless cleared out some roots we had growing in our pipes and inserted liners into the existing pipes saving us the hassle and expense of ripping out and redoing landscaping. They were very easy to work with and videoed all do their work effort to show us each phase of the process. We would definitely recommend them.
