Craig with ProSkill is the most professional and friendly technician I have dealt with in a decade. He replaced a water heater that a large competitor said could not be done without my first removing built in storage cabinets. The job was done in less than 2 hours. He then replaced a water softener, that took another 2 hours. Everything is neat and clean and I appreciate not being pressured to buy a maintenance agreement like so many other companies do. Of course, the holiday weekend, extremely hot, and one of our a/c units quits. We muddled through and placed our service call early Tuesday morning, July 5, 2022. Amazingly, our tech arrived within an hour and a short while later the unit was repaired! When the invoice arrived we had a question...and we were most pleasantly surprised with a suitable adjustment. This was the second time we called on 911 and the second time we were well cared for.
