First off I would like to say this is one of those companies to where if I could give them more than a five-star rating I would Alex I think is the name of the guy that I worked with I've dealt with this company before I wanted to leave this review a while ago but I just got busy I cannot say enough good things about this company and the way they work they are absolutely awesome I had an issue with my sewer line under warranty part of the line collapse when they replaced it they found a problem with the city line instead of passing off the buck they got a hold of the city got somebody out there on a holiday which is amazing and took care of everything and I literally had to do nothing because they were on top of things the way they were if you need a good plumber this is the company you go to hands down

Very good experience with Accent Plumbing! A couple days before I left Arizona for Christmas, my downstairs neighbor realized I had a leak from my shower. He needed the leak fixed ASAP, so I called up Accent Plumbing. The staff member on the phone was super nice, and she helped me set up an appointment. She was very receptive to special instructions I had about who to contact to be let in to the apartment and to note my credit card info to pay for the service. Unfortunately I don't have the name of the plumber that performed the service, but my friend who was at my apartment overseeing the process said they did a great job, and it even ended up costing much less than the estimate. Overall very happy with Accent Plumbing; they were a life saver!

We called twice within a week and both times we had a pleasant experience, would recommend Simba to anyone!

Tech showed up the first time and was unable to do any work because due to where the ac units were located, he needed a second person. I had explained the location of our ac units when I called and what they would need and I believe we have seen their trucks in our condo complex so I was a bit disappointed to say the least. Had to rescheduled for a week later. Techs showed up today and told me I need about $1300 of work. And of course new parts are needed so it will be another week. I will trust that that is what is needs to be done but one is never happy they have to spend that much more on 4 year old acs.

Unfortunately for me this is my third time this year needing a plumber. However, all 3 times I have used Aussie. Franz and his apprentice have provide this service. Franz has always gone above and beyond. You do not see this anymore with most companies. Their price is not outrageous ...may not be the cheapest but I prefer reliability, honesty, integrity and a company that is proud to serve their community. My hope is that I won't need them again for another year or so...but hey you never know. It that is the case I will call Aussie

We were doing a bathroom remodel that converted a walk-in shower to a bathtub/shower on a third floor apartment-style condo. The plumber that was going to install our tub bailed on us and we were in a bind. We needed a plumber to install the bathtub before the flooring could be installed, which was less than a week away. We contacted several plumbers on a Saturday, and Simon was one of the two who agreed to come out and look at the project and give us a bid that same day. Simon was the first to look at our space. He was very professional and explained to us even better than the previous plumber exactly what the process would entail. He was very knowledgeable, having experience with both commercial and residential plumbing issues. He said he could get us on his schedule, but with such short notice he would have to charge a premium, and advised us to talk to others to see if we could get a better deal. We did, and Simon was hands down the most knowledgeable and the most comfortable with doing the work. Being on the third floor of an apartment-style condo, with the possibility of leaks affecting neighbors below, was a nerve-wracking position to be in, but Simon seemed unfazed. And not in an arrogant, over-confident way, but in the way of someone who is experienced and skilled at their job. We agreed to pay the premium to secure Simon for the job and we couldn't be happier with the work he did. He followed up with installing the shower fixtures a couple weeks later when the tile was completed. We have worked with several plumbers over the last couple of decades of being homeowners, and Simon and his crew were a pleasure to work with. The best we've worked with so far, in fact. We look forward to hiring them for any plumbing work we might have in the future.

They came out and fixed my tankless water heater less than 20 mins fair price.

Josh and the guys at Cobra had helped me out when I rented an apartment. I just bought a house and the master bathroom shower backed up in less than 30 days, so I called Josh. Cobra came by, checked all the drains in the house, cleared the drain, and did it all in less than 15 minutes. Super fast, very nice, no problems at all. Josh is always responsive. 10/10. I’ll use Cobra the rest of my time in this house. Thanks Josh!

Walt really saved my bacon when I came home after 8pm to find my water heater leaking. He came out within an hour, diagnosed the issue, explained the options, and took out the old heater late into the night. He worked around my schedule to install the new heater, and thoroughly explained every step and how to perform regular maintenance going forward. Highly recommend for a thorough, experienced, and friendly experience.

Mi Plomero came out within an hour to help with a last minute fix. Bryan was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone especialmente para toda la raza! Great work!

The man driving the company van tried to run me into the wall on the 51 freeway and 101 freeway curve today at 230pm. He harassed me for several miles by tailgating me nearly hitting me on multiple occasions. This person is clearly a bully and used his vehicle to threaten and bully me out of his way. I would stay clear of this vehicle and wouldn't let him near my family or home. God for bid you piss him off. He drives a white van that says Quail Plumbing on the sides. Please pray for this man that he will find a better way to deal with his emotions. And pray for all the drivers out here in Phoenix. Hopefully no one is hurt by this man.

Amazing company definitely were heroes they rescued me from my nasty plumbing. They were the only few ones who answered my phone call and they explained everything to me me what was going on and Jannet was so professional and super nice. Thank you Hero home services.

Was very pleased with Mark and Danny. I received a quote very quickly and they were on time. They replaced 4 stuck valves, added a recirculation pump to my water heater, updated the clothes washer connection (it was very outdated), and fixed the kitchen sink drain line. I do not rate many companies with 5 stars. So, 4 stars is high praise from me. One minor issue, that was quickly resolved before they left. That said, I would call them again.

Just called these guys today (Sunday) and they were here within a couple hours. Their plumber James was outstanding and fixed our issue. No extra charge to use their camera either. A+

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!
