Best Remodel in Phoenix AZ

So far we are very pleased with our new doors that Az Valley Windows has installed. The salesman Jerry was extremely nice and professional. He was not pushy or had the feeling that he was trying to up sell us. The turn around time was a bit longer than expected. The two gentleman who came to do the instillation were on time courteous and did a great job. They didn’t leave a mess and we are very pleased with how the doors have turned out. I Would recommend calling if you are in need of new doors and windows.

Craig and team were courteous, prompt, reasonably priced, and set realistic expectations on time frames. I love my Anlin windows/sliding glass door. Installation was very well done. I would recommend them to anyone.

had a bit of an emergency Superior glass not only answered there phone and even called back in a very short time. As you know if you have had to deal with this kind of stuff is not common. When they showed up ON TIME the tech was very kind and knew what he was doing. he was in and out in no time and the window was set and clean. After speaking to some friends turns out i got a more than fair price. i would use them again

Lei was amazing to work with from start to finish. Our old windows were the original windows when the house was built in '96 and they wouldn't shut and they leaked and a few glass panes were extremely loose! Our windows were made quickly and installed earlier than when they planned. The window contractors that installed them were amazing and even helped me put the blinds back up when they were done knowing my husband didn't have time until the weekend came. We are beyond happy with the windows so far and in az you definitely need triple pane tinted windows!!

Windshield replaced for my 2022 Honda CRV from a rock hitting it on the highway. I called my insurance on Wednesday and was able to get an appt with Universal Glass to come 2 days later. They gave me a time window and were here within 2 hours. They came to my house and replaced it in my driveway in 45 minutes. The serviceman was super nice guy.

Next day another guy came and calibrated the windshield camera.

DreamStyle Code: AZLB21-1445:When it came time to update the showers in our 1960's Tempe home, we looked at various ways to do so (tile, fiberglass, acrylic) and spoke w/several representatives of each. Estimates for all 3 materials came out to about 8k - 10k per bathroom and we ultimately decided acrylic was the best choice for longevity, cost, appearance.Our Dreamstyle rep. Jason Tate sold us on the whole package of why-we-should-do-acrylic and the various styles/choices available. Scott Whitmore was our project manager and was always available to answer questions and communicate w/us what was happening next. Between the first and second bathroom, the project took about 5 months to complete, but that was due to material supply issues, which we've all dealt with.Our installer was Eugene Urbanski and Brandon. Both were fantastic! Respectful of our home, polite, quiet, efficient, and cleaned up beautifully when they left. Eugene has some mad skills in all areas: demo, cutting materials to fit, plumbing, and install. He was always available to answer questions and offer tips/options that were available to us. Both men were professional and take pride in what they do - exactly what you want/hope for every time you have someone in your home doing any kind of work.Our two new showers are bright and beautiful and will last us for decades. Phil did a great job, Installing my glass for my DIY shower. He was great and professional. I highly recommend him and his company.

I have no experience with Phoenix but they should educate their drivers on what a stop sign. As I was driving through my lane the driver came whipping down the road without even slowing down and through the stop sign.. I saw him just in time from getting the van from smashing into my driver side door.

They found and fixed a leak in my roof. They were very up front on what needed to be done and charged me a fair amount for the work that was done.

Alex was extremely professional. I highly recommend working with this company.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

They showed up but did not bother to go to the houses on the list. Reschedule appointment for next day. No one has shown up. I have not even had a call from the office and still have not heard from them.
Went with another glass company!!!
I will not use them again or try to use them.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
