I have only had really positive experiences with this company. Even when there were some minor issues they went above and beyond to help get everything sorted out. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Highly Unlikely as a regular customer that I would ever call again. Your company is one of the most expensive, if not the most expensive in the valley , and then to give me an estimate of $ 6,000.00 and a little more for a job I got 3 estimates and each one never went over $ 1,500.00 your company is not only expensive, but your big time rip offs and this is after the service tech called the office to find out how much to charge me.

Service as advertised/good price for install. The plumber was on time (actually early!), courteous, and efficient. He took care to protect our carpet and tile and installed the commode quickly and with care to detail. He cleaned up the work area. All in all - excellent!!! I would use this company again.

I have been their customer for 20 plus years. Their personnel have always been courteous and friendly, on time and sometimes able to arrive early. Today's visit went just as well.However. Today I conceded to replace an electrical block, parts and labor $431.00. ( Interesting)Two previous serviceman from this company, this past two years, recommended the same replacement but their costs were 3 to 5 thousand dollars. ( Odd )Had I the experience, I would have done it myself.While he was on a phone call, after replacing the part; I looked it up on Amazon. The part was less than $20.00.Labor Time spent to replace the block, 10 min. Total time thru bi-annual service call, that I have a yearly contract for, was one hour.Take advantage much?Maybe I should go to vocational schooling, and I can make $400.00 an hour.Seriously debating on changing my service contract.

I called Deer Valley plumbing to repair a bath fixture. The faucet had become almost impossible to turn on and off. Jared and associate arrived promptly and within minutes had diagnosed the issue as a bad cartridge. Imagine my shock when they told me it would be $410.00 to replace. I would have called somebody else, but needed the tub today. Not even a half hour of work. What a rip-off.

Matthew was pleasant, efficient and professional. He fixed our clogged drain and also noticed some other not so great repairs and he fixed those too! I would highly recommend this company.

Zoltan did a phenomenal job. I was impressed that they were able to come out so promptly and on short notice.



I had a water leak over my electrical room and it was imperative that it be fixed immediately. Zoltan came out and repaired quickly.

When you find a great plumber, you don't hesitate to reach out. I asked Charity to do a comprehensive check of the gas and water connections and the hot water heater in an additional living space on my property. Jim came out and did a thorough, methodical, hands-on evaluation. It gives me piece of mind when my son, wife and granddaughter move in. Thanks, Charity Plumbing!

04/11/2019. My water heater gave out and called Water Heaters Only Inc after 5pm. They came out and replaced it the very next morning. Trevor was the guy who worked on it. Great Guy!!! Very pleasant and fast! Fair prices too. I am very satisfied with the service.

Alejandro Lisboa is a great and educated technician who stopped by to help with my microwave duct. Upon finishing his work, I started to pick his brain about service contracts and how AC and Heat work with our currently installed system. He educated me on my current system and so I went down the rabbit hole of asking about air filter and was also educated on that. Alejandro is a the man with plenty of knowledge and experience. He is my go to. I appreciate you sir for coming and doing something so simple and providing more info than was needed. This man is the true definition of a HVAC technician! Give this man a raise.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Kyler installed a whole house water filter, a tankless water heater, a water filter for the refrigerator drinking water, a kitchen faucet and repaired leaky faucets. He probably did more that I’m forgetting but suffice it to say he was the best. Very professional, explained everything and was very patient with us. Can’t say enough about him. Very friendly with a good sense of humor. As a previous business owner I know that the most valuable assets are your employees. This business would be wise to keep Kyler. Five stars to both Day and Knight and Kyler. My wife and I completely trusted Kyler with this significant project.

We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.

I would refer this company to anyone and everyone. Very reasonable prices and reliable.

This company charges $40.00 per vent. The rep told me this is the busiest time of the year for them. The price is reflective. The don't need or want my business.
