Best New House in Phoenix AZ

I asked Mikku and Sons for a roof installation for our home. They did a great job! I was really impressed when I saw the result. All of them are professional and they knew what to do and the roof was suitable for our house and for a good reasonable price! I would highly recommend them! Totally loving my new roof!

We recently had damage due to strong straight line winds. We called them first thing in the morning and they were there and completely done by noon. Amazing!

This is a good company. The crew that installed our new metal roof was respectful and well-mannered in every one of our interactions, and they answered questions and communicated their schedule regularly. They did a thorough job, and clearly took pride in their work as we walked around to examine the finished product. Then they texted some nice pictures of it! They were very good at removing metal scraps and pieces of shingles when they were done. (We've had other work crews on our property in the past that didn't do a very good job with cleanup.) And what else can you say about a 50 yr guarantee?! Definitely recommend.

The roofing repair was done extremely fast and the 2 roofers were very courteous and knowledgeable.
Left the property clean and went thru all repairs that they did on the Tile Roof.

Sean came out for the initial bid, he took extra time to explain some things more in detail then others had. He left me his cell phone number and told me to call, text or email him if I had any questions. When I called him to request SDC's certificate of insurance he had no issues sending a copy of it over to me. He emailed me and kept me up to date on when the roofing would start. Brian and the crew came out and did a great job with the roof. They were very respectful of my home and property. They put down drop cloths to try and catch some of the mess flying off the roof. The stuff that missed the tarps, they actually walked around and picked up. These guys must of walked back and forth 100 times getting all the little odds and ends up!! They also brought the leave blower and made sure to get all that extra gravel parts away from the house. Once work was completed Sean promptly sent me an email with my final receipt for work as well as the warranty for the roof. If you want a roofer who is respectful to you and your property and takes pride in making sure your home looks nice you found them here with SDC! Give Sean and his team a chance. So glad I did! Mark, owner of Dunne Roofing Services, was great to work with. During the rainy, and very busy time this fall Mark was able to fit us in for repairs to our roof when we really need him. We have used Ultra Foam as a subcontractor for some of our remodeling projects. They are knowledgeable, friendly, on time and they do a great job! We do not get callbacks for warranty issues with the projects they have done. They are a top notch, quality installer with high integrity, and we highly recommend them.

My roof is 30 yrs old. Daryl came by and assessed its condition.
He recommended some structural changes along with the superior underlayment of TU43. There was a lot of water damage with rotted wood, plus a lot of cracked tiles. So pleased that the replacement tiles match my current tiles.
The guys did an amazing job on the roof, painting all the facia boards that were replaced, fixing the source of the issues I was having for a long time. I had 3 bids on the roof and Daryl's was the most thorough and the price was right.

My friends and neighbors come by and say WOW, your house looks FANTASTIC.
