Top notch, sensitive work!

Needed new shower enclosure in master bath. Audra was great to work with to get estimate and schedule work, Kevin and his team were great, professional, on-time, polite. Yes, it took several months from start to finish but I'm very happy with the results.

We hired Holtzman to renovate the entire exterior of our home. We changed our stucco from textured to smooth, renovated two exterior balconies, added a metal/cable railing on each balcony, new front door, new garage door, demo’d old concrete and replaced with it pavers, replaced a side gate with a metal one, repaired wooden fascia along the trim, and painted. All of this was completed before the 6 week timeline they gave us. Rob was our contractor and did an awesome job at keeping us informed with what was happening and when. All of the people that came to work on our house were outstanding and professional. The exterior of our house now looks like a brand new build! We were so impressed with their work, we already hired them to renovate our master bathroom next. I highly recommend them to other people and plan to continue to use them for future projects.

The communication you have with these guys are unprecedented, they really do keep open communication and they are very upfront with anything and everything. They answered any questions I had at anytime. They exceeded my plans I had to remodeled my house especially my bathrooms! It was honestly more than I could ever ask for.
I had them crate a mancave for my husband and OMG did they ever blow it out of the water!! Its AMAZING! HE loved it and cannot stop talking about it. They went above and beyond with it and I could not have asked for more.
They really did a great job on my new home, I honestly couldn't be happier and if I ever needed anything else done with my house they would be the ones I would call.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Colton is very comfortable to work with and very flexible to accomodate what I needed. He has a very good design sense as well which I needed. I will be doing business with him again for sure!

Veny went beyond designing and guiding us through the complex process of remodeling our kitchen. He helped us choose the best layout and product to achieve my dream kitchen. His expertise in working with layouts was amazing.

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

The Legacy team was fantastic! We worked with Legacy through various remodels over the last 24 months. COVID hit in the middle of construction and they continued to be reliable, professional, careful and excellent. We worked with several different team members and they are all really great. We are happy with our projects - excellent communication, quality product. I know how hard it is to find great and reliable contractors, I wanted to share it with everyone that Legacy was terrific. Highly recommend.

Our home remodel turned out Amazing! Robert & Ana make a great team. Everything from the design through the completed remodel went great. They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. Got a walk-in shower for my grandparents who have had the same original bath since they purchased their home back in 1987. The installers were professional and the work was beautiful, what a change and for the best. My sister and I loved their bath so much we decided to upgrade ours which is getting put in next week.

Once we had our plan and budget in place, the project unfolded in a timely manner with high quality, professional work. Wow this guy is incredible. The owner Dion was very flexible with the scheduling he made sure to adjust the scheduling of the estimate so I can pitch my kids up from school. Then I ended up changing my mind about the color I wanted for my kitchen and dion took the paint back for me and exchanged it for the new color I wanted. He understood that I am a busy single parent and made me feel very comfortable whenever he brought his crew around. He even introduced everyone to my kids so they would feel comfortable.On to the quality of work , it's simply superb! I've wanted to redo my kitchen and bathrooms for years and the turn out was even better than I imagined. I've already recommended Dion to several friends and they have all been very happy with the quality of work and the professionalism dion and his crew showed them. I'll be calling him for all my future construction and carpet cleaning needs.

I highly recommend XLT. From the beginning, they responded promptly to my request for an estimate. I was very pleased with my choices for tile, granite, and fixtures. The work was completed in a timely manner and all of my questions were answered completely and in a timely manner. Leonel was easy to work with, which was appreciated since I had never done a remodel before. I am hoping to use XLT again in the very near future.
