Met with them for a quote to replace sewer lines they promised they would get back to me with a quote multiple times, never received anything and they quit responding. They do not take your time seriously I suggest you do the same and move on to a company that actually wants your buisness. Use plumbing and AC medic. Plumbing and AC medic was super nice and went over expectations.

Jim arrived promptly, was friendly and courteous, discovered what the problem was quickly (a "mystery" leak in the bathroom) and explained exactly what needed to be done. He went the extra mile and fixed a door latch that wasn't closing properly as a courtesy. I am very pleased with Accent's services and will call them next time I need a plumber.

Even though I'm not a customer (yet), Parker & Sons helped me to dispose of an old water softener at no charge due to certain unfortunate circumstances. If I ever have an issue in the future they can help with, I will remember that they are willing to go above and beyond. Thank you Parker & Sons!

Absolutely amazing! They were very knowledgeable and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting. Our new tankless water heater works great as well as our conditioning system they installed. I called six plumbers. This larger firms put me on hold and said they could not stop buy for 3 days. Simon picked up the phone quickly himself. He was courteous and thankful for the work. He finished another job and was at my home within 2 hours. He is friendly knowlagable and thorough.

His price was very reasonable as well. He is a great plumber and I would recomend him to any of my friends.

They come out for a $79 service fee, way over quote for the repair, know that nobody will pay that kind of money, and then still charge the $79 service Fee. Scam artists!! I would not use or recommend this company!!

I knew nothing about Quail Plumbing, having just done a google search for a 24 hour plumber to respond to my after hours/emergency service call. The water main valve leading into my house broke, spewing water that I could not shut off. I had the good fortune to have Jamey from Quail Plumbing arrive within 45 minutes. Jamey knew his stuff. A real pro. It was an after hours service call and I knew it would not be cheap. But given their quick response and professional plumber (Jamey), I thought the pricing was fair. I'll use them again and would recommend them to others.

I have had other plumbers try to fix my kitchen sink drainage problem, and my tub faucet handle. No one knew what they were doing. The technician was professional, spent time, and knew exactly what to do. I couldn't be happier.

Roy did an A/C Tune-up for me today. He called ahead of time to see if he could come earlier, which was great. He was very polite, and he was extremely honest about what needed to be done. We have used this company twice now in just over one year. The owner, Ron, is awesome! Ron cleared our clogged kitchen sink drain with ease and at no additional cost when other plumbers were going to charge us extra fees for having to go up on our roof. He came out again to clear a nasty sewer blockage. Both times he quoted us the price over the phone and was able to come to our house within 2 hours of our call. Ron does not try to sell extra services or service plans. He solves the problem and is on his way in no time. We couldn’t be more pleased with Ron and his swift, courteous, and professional service.

Edwards Plumbing did a great job doing a trenchless replacement of a 40ft water line that runs from the meter to my house. Robert was very responsive on the phone, took time to explain a few things, and was able to complete the repairs the next day. Wally was fantastic as well; professional, polite, and almost always had a smile on his face. I would highly recommend these guys for any trenchless repairs you need.
