Ben and his team are great to work with. Very responsive, fair priced and I was extremely impressed by the way he treated his employees. I highly recommend using them.

You can still call the number listed here, but they aren't in Council Bluffs anymore. They are located in Omaha at 72nd & 370. They still serve the CB area.

Our sump pump failed and we woke up to a flooded basement. I called Big Birge on the advise of my insurance agent. Such a great company. They rearranged the schedule to get out that morning since we were expecting more rain in the afternoon. Great service and great prices. So glad I found them as they are my go to for plumbing now.

We have been using Roto-Rooter for several years without complaint and this time was no different. In fact Adrian was the technician this time and did a great job identifying our issue quickly, explaining what needed to be done and how we can avoid the same trouble in the future. Adrian was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Highly recommend and Roto-Rooter and will make sure to ask Adrian's availability if we need service in the future.

Scott was very responsive to our call, was able to arrive early in the morning so I didn't need to be late for work, and was able to clear the blockage in our drain quickly and easily. We were expecting much more costly work to redo some plumbing. We will be using Equisure again, next time we need a plumber!
