Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! I can't recommend them enough... these guys are just the best. Call them!!

Called out to fix clog in basement, Brandilon came out was working hard, and then Mark (supervisor)came out with camera, of course wanted $3500 to scrape line. We told he company and them that line was clogged in basement with toilet, floor , shower and washer line all backing up. Never fixed washer line and was suppose to be back out right away, and never showed up or called next morning! Got money and not responsive. Will be calling corporate or owners ro get refund

Flat out crooks...They send a tech out to diagnose your system and basically lie to you so he can get you to buy a completely new system from them. The told me I had a crack in my heat exchange and needed to replace the whole thing. Luckily, I had someone else check the system before I agreed to buy a completely new furnace. It turns out there was no crack in my heat exchanger and I only found this out after having another company completely remove the heat exchanger to inspect it. I don't know how they get away with such foul business practices. Integrity is definitely not their strong suit and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Very responsive and were able to come out quickly and on time. Great communication, explained everything and answered all my questions. Even showed me how to fix a separate issue as well. Highly recommend!

The office gal was great to work with and Ken was able to get our issue fixed quickly and while dealing with my two kiddos insisting on coming in and helping every chance they could.

I have used these guys several times. They are always courteous and take care of your home like it was their own. I had a different plumber do a poor job and was very rude. These guys looked it over, agreed to the poor work and fixed it. As a single woman, I don't feel they talk down to me and are honest about what needs to be done. Jim just put in my new water heater. He was awesome!

After having a different company spend over 6 hours at my house trying to unclog the kitchen sink they told me it would have to be hydro-jetted at a cost of $1450.00, I called Major Drain and the lady on the phone (I can't recall her name) was extremely knowledgeable and said she was confident it didn't need to be jetted after I explained the situation. A few hours later Ryan showed up on time and was in and out of my house in an hour, and he only had to use the snake at a cost of just under $140.00. Ryan was extremely professional and genuinely a nice person, Major Drain is now saved in my phone and will get all of my plumbing business going forward.

Zach was very nice and knowledgeable. He was on time, replaced my water heater, and made sure everything was in perfect working condition before leaving. I will definitely use Local Plumbing and Drain again.

Honestly I have to say I should have called these guys first was cheaper than i thought it would be and was a fast fix Paul was am awesome guy and very friendly if we have any more plumbing issues he will be the first person I call

Worst company to work with. They don't delivery on what they say they will do and take advantage of people in need. I would never use this place. Not only was it the staff that came out but the office help is worse.
