Great customer service!! Called early evening with my problem, told them I had to be at work early the next morning which was before they opened. Here early & I made it to work on time. Very friendly!

Really impressed! Very fast to respond and most importantly, fixed the leak before any more damage was done.

Tried a DIY shower faucet repair and screwed it up. Tip Top Plumbing responded quickly and bailed me out.

And the rate was reasonable. Many others would have charged an arm and leg for such responsive/emergency service request.

Joe arrived at the appointment on time, which I've had trouble with other companies with being here. He was very well kept, clean outfit, even put on shoe covers as he entered the house, again, these are things I've had other companies not care about. After he figured out what was wrong he gave me options on how to proceed. He went an extra mile sending me text pictures of faucets that were the style I liked in my price range, promptly returned and installed it. An all around comfortable, easy, and respectful encounter from the first call to the handshake before leaving. Can't recommend enough!

Joe was great! On time, polite, wore shoe coverings, explained all my options, sent pics of available facets, asked if I had questions, etc. Told me upfront what the cost would be and very personable throughout the whole process. Could not be happier with him and/or the service he provided! Highly recommend!

Very responsive . They were able to get me in on the day I needed. The plumber arrived on time and called me 20 minutes before he arrived to be sure I was ready for him.

My drains are now in great shape. I have tried a big name plumbing service who found more expensive issues and my drains were still slow.
If I need a plumber again, TipTop plumbing and drain is who I would use and who I would recommend.

Remodeling our bathroom and installed a new tub/shower. I felt confident that all connections weee sealed. And of course when the shower walls were up, we had a leak! Called Tip Top and Joe came out the next day. Figured out what the problem was and offered to fix it right away! Then he checked the whole system and found a bad connection at the drain in the basement. I am glad to have Joe fix my mistakes! Going forward it will be less stress on me and my wife if Joe does the whole plumbing job!
We will remodel the downstairs bathroom and use Tip Top for that job!
