My wife and I are new homeowners who just had a plumbing disaster in our basement just 3 months after moving into our new home, and 2 weeks after our first child was born. Our main drain overflowed!

Robert Pond arrived promptly WITHIN the hour, he made us feel safe, reassured us we would be taken care of, was informative, explained the company process, and provided an accurate ETA of the individual who would be fixing our basement drain. Before he left for the day, he helped us initiate the process of filing our claim with insurance and articulated the areas affected by the water damage. We are so green that we didn’t know what to do! Thankfully, Robert held our hand through the process and provided us a peace of mind we desperately needed.

Our tech Lucas arrived within the ETA Robert provided and informed us of the process needed to fix the drain. He got to work immediately and fixed our issue within a couple of hours. He informed us of another individual who would be inspecting the drain and locating the source of the failure/overflow.

Terry Reeh showed up not long after Lucas finished snaking the main drain. Terry showed us a video image of roughly 3ft worth of roots that had grown through the piping. He tracked the issue down promptly and gave us his card and a quote. He also provided information on financing which will be much needed since insurance doesn’t cover these types of repairs.

All-in-all, Roto-Rooter is a company my new family and I plan to use for many years to come. The level of service is something I myself, who has worked in customer service for over 10 years, have never seen. Each member of this team was informative and valuable. I messaged Big Birge near the end of the day to come check out my sprinkler system, for what appeared to be several leaks. James came out first thing in the morning the next day. He was fantastic. Friendly, checked everything thoroughly, identified the problem which was thankfully less severe than I thought, and got it all fixed up right away and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend James and Big Birge to anyone looking for a plumber. I’ll definitely be calling them next time we have a problem.

Anthony came over to my house to fix a clogged drain and to repair a leak behind my dishwasher. I had called another plumbing company the week before and they told me they would have to send 2 guys over and just about charge me double the amount. Anthony did both jobs all by himself with no problems, and charged less. He answered all my questions and his work was not messy. Anthony did all of the work in 2 hours and 15 minutes. That other plumbing company said it would take them 4 hours to do the work.( WOW). When I have another plumbing problem I will call on A& A Plumbing to do the job. LARRY ( 9-28-2019)

Ray and Rai did an excellent job fixing two problems: toilet repair and laundry drainage cleaning via cabling. They did their work quickly and professionally, courteously answering questions. We got good value for our money.

American Rooter replaced the entire sewage drain inside my house. They showed up within 2 hours of calling and completed the job in just a couple of hours. They charge a $50 estimate call fee, but if you go to Angie's list it will drop it to $11. Also, they have a terrific customer loyalty plan- $120 and you get 15% off everything and free estimates in the future. I will be calling American Rooter for all my plumbing needs.

Great response time to the few times that we needed them out. Re-did some plumbing issues to bring it up to code, got our clogged pipes flushed out, and didn't hurt too much on the pocketbook. Would definitely use them in the future, but hope that we won't have the need to. Thank you guys, keep up the good work!

Had a very difficult & inconvenient issue with my sink. Honestly thought I would have to buy a whole new sink & redo plumbing it was so bad. The crew came out & fixed my problem right away. Extremely professional & great pricing, would recommend to everyone!

I am totally impressed by the service I received from Weeks plumbing. He came the day I called and knew exactly what to do. He fixed the problem and charged a reasonable fee. He did not charred a trip fee and has a senior and military discount. I highly recommend him.
