They did a great job identifying and clearing a complicated sewer drain issue. Plumbers that showed up were very professional, I will definitely call them again.

A company that values the customer! I called A&A plumbing out for a minor leak in a pipe near my furnace and for low pressure in the fridge dispenser. In looking at the problems, the technician recommended to call an HVAC company as the pipe in question was part of the furnace. Then identified the dispenser issue as the shutoff valve being stuck only partially open. Neither issue took more than a minute or two to identify, and the technician simply waved it off as not worth charging for. That wasn't a big deal to him, but it was a huge deal to me. It's not even the money, but the fact that the company is willing to put the customer first and wave off something like this instead of charging a flat fee. It is greatly appreciated and I will be using them in the future!

Tecnitian was prompt and professional. Checked drain from washing machine. Determined it wasn't a clogged drain.

Cameron and Brad were professional and explained everything they did. They suggested I get a Wet Switch Flood Detector. After hearing how it worked and that it wasn’t very expensive, I had them install it. After having two pipes burst during the recent bitter cold winters, I believe it will be a good investment for the future.

Came on a Sunday which was appreciated, job was not complete and it was getting late, asked him if he wanted come the next day. He stated he would be by in the morning, multiple texts and calls and we received no other communication, did not show. Not a good look. Any communication would have been acceptable and we could have called someone else if he didnt want to do it.
